We had an incredible stay at the Cassius Hill House in Kassiopi. The house is absolutely beautiful and a perfect setup for a great stay in the area. It’s private with gorgeous views of the area, but also just a short walk into town where there is plenty to do (supermarket, restaurants, little shops, beach). We went before Easter just as Kassiopi was opening for the season, and enjoyed sunning by the pool and splashing in the sea. The house was perfect for 6 of us, with bedrooms on 3 floors and ensuite bathrooms - plenty of room and spaciousness. The upstairs bedroom has a cool balcony area to sit and admire the views and sunset. Fotis had left an amazing welcome food pack on arrival for us and it was such a treat. A truly lovely spot in a great place - we hope to be back!

The location and views from the pool were amazing. We had a great time swimming in the pool and enjoying the view and watching the yachts go by. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was great as we were there in a heat wave. We were able to leave our bags there when we got there before check in which was really great. Had an amazing dinner at Dimitri’s for our last night and was great to have the personal pick up and drop off service from George.

A wonderful week in a very pretty and brilliant location. The accommodation is perfect. The pool is stunning. It was a very quiet week guest wise so felt very exclusive. Wonderful comfy beds, and everything in our home for the week catered for our needs perfectly. Definitely hire a boat, we visited lots of stunning little empty bays for a swim that are otherwise not accessible. Restaurants in the locality are superb. We ate like kings every day and a well stocked supermarket in Kalami for anything you need at home. Thank you Joanne for a wonderful week.

Wonderful holiday was made by the location. Kaminaki was the nicest beach we visited of all the beaches along the north east coast. Snorkelling was particularly good. It was quiet but also always with a small sociable buzz due to Taverna Thalassa being there. The taverna is pricey, but it was the best food we had in our holiday by far. More than anything the atmosphere of friendly, attentive and kind hospitality created by Christos, Anna, Alex and the family made this holiday a special one. The only issue was wi-fi - the whole region has poor wi-fi and mobile data signal was also lacking. So no options at night time but eating, drinking and playing cards, which was all fine, but with a teenager with us, we’d have downloaded some movies had we known wi-fi would be so bad. Cleaning twice a week at the apartment was brilliant. In all, I think the very special place that is Kaminaki and the closeness to the beach makes this a special place.

This Airbnb is a perfect stay with a great private beach. The location is also perfect as it’s close to shops, restaurants and a small walking distance into town. Highly recommend this!

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! Fatima and her daughter were incredibly attentive hosts, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the promenade. . Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area

Klementin was very friendly and gave us great tips for the stay. Cozy place that was well appointed. Beautiful surroundings, the sea is within walking distance and many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. We had a very nice stay.

Very good location. Parking for a car on the property. Nearby shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants. To the ferry port 7 minutes on foot.

Albi’s apartment was an amazingly clean and well maintained space with an amazing view of Saranda from the balcony! Watching the sun shining on the water at different times of the day was a pleasure! The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked, a perfect place to stay. Thank you Albi for your kindness, being so welcoming and your recommendations of some great beaches.

The apartment is very spacious with a breathtaking view. The master bedroom is amazing with a private balcony and a large window on the sea. The only downside is the location we expected to be closer to the sea, there are actually at least 20 minutes of the road to go down to the sea and go back home. There are also a lot of ants in the house. Kathleen has always been punctual and attentive in responding to our needs. Overall, I recommend this apartment.

Very enjoyable stay, service was great & towels changed every second day. Fantastic views with private terrace and grounds well maintained. Location was great 4 minutes to the beach, enjoyed our time in the local restaurants and bars, much quieter than we’re used to but enjoyed getting to know the locals.

Staying at Georgia's place was a pleasure. Place is very clean, has everything you need, additionally beautiful view from the balcony. You do not have to drive anywhere because everything is a walking distance ( grocery stores, bakery etc). There is maybe 3 min by walk to get to the beach. Georgia gives us very clear direction how to get to her house. She is a wonderful host. She replied right away when I had some questions. if you travel with a kids, like we did, you won't regret to stay at this place! Thank you again Georgia for a warm welcome and if we go to Albania again we will definitely stay at your place!

Apartment we found in good condition,very comfortable, there are all the necessary things (plates,glasses, micronde, toaster bread, fridge...),near the beach. We are very satisfied. I hope to return again. Highly recommended!!!
