Kremser accommodation in a quiet location with garden

A nice place to stay awaits in a quiet location about 2 km from Stein, Kunstmeile, Donau-Uni and the Danube. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, but can accommodate up to max. 6 guests. The location in the Alauntal, surrounded by forest and stream, impresses with seclusion and the garden to relax and play. Unfortunately, there is no cell phone network in the house and it is poor in the garden. For athletes, there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful bike routes (bike storage available).

The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Ground floor, friendly apartment for 2 people, quietly located with beautiful flair and optimal location in the heart of the old town of Krems. 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk to the city park, 3 minutes walk to a supermarket and many shopping opportunities. Restaurants, cafe houses, bars and museums are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible. It's ideal for couples, friends, or small family.

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

Vacation home in the Wachau

A 100 m² apartment with views of Göttweig Abbey awaits you. We are easily accessible by all means of transport. For the car, there is a free parking place available. The Furth-Palt train stop is 500 m away. We are located directly on the Danube Cycle Path. The shuttle parking lot for the various major events (Göttweig, Wachau) is 3 minutes away by car. A supermarket with an attached café (with various breakfast offers) and a gas station are close by.

kremsoase: amazing view

The kremsoase is a family-run guesthouse in the middle of the old town since 2023. Below the Piarist Church and located directly on the World Heritage Trail, we offer three apartments with fantastic views of Krems, Stein and the Wachau. Amazing View is located on the upper floor, has a size of 85sqm and a great sun terrace with views. Sunny and bright, quiet - and yet absolutely central. Recommended for 4 adults or a family with up to three kids.

The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the winery in Rossatz in the Wachau. Idyllic location, surrounded by vineyards. The apartment is located directly on the Danube Cycle Path, making it the perfect starting point for a bike ride along the Danube, leisurely walks, hikes along the World Heritage Trail and much more. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. Ideal for families, two adults & two children! Dog-friendly :-)
