Kremser Unterkunft in Ruhelage mit Garten

Es wartet eine nette Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage ca. 2 km von Stein, Kunstmeile, Donau-Uni und der Donau entfernt. Die Wohnung ist optimal für 2-4 Gäste, kann jedoch bis max. 6 Gästen belegt werden. Die Lage im Alauntal, umgeben von Wald und Bach, besticht durch Abgeschiedenheit und den Garten zum Entspannen und Spielen. Leider hat man im Haus kein und im Garten schlechtes Handynetz. Für Sportler gibt es über 1000 Kletterrouten (siehe Reiseführer) sowie schöne Radstrecken (Radraum vorhanden).

The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

The kremsoase is a family-run guesthouse in the middle of the old town since 2023. Below the Piarist Church and located directly on the World Heritage Trail, we offer three apartments with fantastic views of Krems, Stein and the Wachau. Amazing View is located on the upper floor, has a size of 85sqm and a great sun terrace with views. Sunny and bright, quiet - and yet absolutely central. Recommended for 4 adults or a family with up to three kids.

The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.
