The apartment is quietly and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home with Ann from the first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful hostess, she always shared with us when we had questions, she even made an appointment for the vet at her doctor's office for us when our dog needed it. Thank you, we would love to come back!

The place was very clean and cozy. The bathroom is newly renovated and the kitchen also had everything you need. By car you can get to different hiking parking lots.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We had a wonderful stay, despite heavy rain. The house was perfect for us with plenty of space and all amenities. Andrea was a great host, always responsive and even brought a blender when we wanted to make a cream soup. The location is great, just across the street from the park and seebad.

We had a very nice time with the children. The place and location is top. Our kids could romp in the garden, hop on the trampoline or play inside with a number of games. Nearby we visited great excursion destinations such as the Scharnstein ruins, the Kasberg ski resort, the Cumberland Wildpark, the Almsee, the Traunsee and the Eurotherme "Aquapulco ". A highlight for our kids was the farm above the accommodation. From booking to departure, Eike and Verena provided us with tips and ideas and thus helped make our vacation as beautiful as possible. We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

+ Near superb locations such as Bad Ischl, Altausee (definitely go there!), Wolfgangsee, Gosausee, Hallstatt. + Near supermarkets (Eurospar, Hofer=Aldi only 1 minute drive by car) and bakeries(by foot near our street) + Electric charging stations for car in Hofer and other locations, ask the airbnb host for the full list! +Big, lovely Austrian family home +Lots of entertainment available such as football table, PS3 with many games, working guitar (I tuned it!), flute, arcade game, Darts, TV, microphone for karaoke, cards, board games in German + fully equipped kitchen with many tools, great for cooking at home for a big family! Cozy, and saving money instead of eating out. +open space between floors/levels in house, you can hear your family members laughing and talking. this home brings people together! + Beds are clean and a two-personsbed has 2 blankets! Great for sleep. - Cupboards and closets aren't cleaned... we found trash left by previous tenant - pan in kitchen was damaged.

Everything as described, we can recommend, with big car, be careful at garage entrance.

We liked the place very much, we immediately felt at home. Quietly located, you can be in nature within a few minutes and enjoy the landscape of Austria. Furthermore, we were very pleased about the delicious wine, as well as the little touches in the form of chocolate. We 100% recommend the place.

Very spacious flat in a great location. Two dedicated bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. Sheets and bedding available for us to make up sofa bed. Excellent location and close to everything - no more than 5-10 mins flat walk to shops, bus, train station, restaurants. A really convenient base to explore the area. We did day trips to Hallstätt (20 mins on the train) and a day skiing at Dachstein west (40 mins directly on the bus). Stayed with my senior citizen mother and two sons, we all liked it.

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot
