Augustine is really an exceptional hostess. You feel right at home and welcome. In addition, Augustine even surprised us with a homemade cake, croissants, sweets and a chilled Prosecco. She takes care of her guests in a touching way, is very communicative, always available, just a very likeable hostess. The place is also beautiful, even has an interesting history and is located in the countryside, idyllic and quiet, yet not far from the center. The whole ambience is just very inviting and therefore we would like to thank Augustine very much. We felt very comfortable. A highly recommended place to stay!!!

It’s a beautiful apartment. The best part about the apartment was the view from the balcony. It was amazing 😻. It’s worth the money.

The apartment is large and has everything you need. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at all times with him.

We thought the apartment was great! Very cozy and spacious, we immediately felt at home. Particularly positive to note that there was also enough space at the dining table for five people, which is often not the case. A clear recommendation!

The accommodation amazed us, it was even better than our expectations in terms of size. Everything was very clean and tidy. Robert welcomed us even though we arrived very late in the evening and immediately left us the keys. The location is unfortunately a bit isolated but it is a normal feature of Bavaria, especially an advantage because not a fly was buzzing at night. Overall a great experience and we'll be happy to come back.

We stayed in room Moritz, which was not only beautiful and pristinely clean, bit offered plenty of sleeping space and room for socializing inside and out. With beautiful views, you hardly would want to leave except for the call of the nearby lakes and assortment of nice restaurants. Thanks a lot to the owners for meeting us on arrival and for the nice tip to see the altaussee.

The apartment is quietly and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home with Ann from the first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful hostess, she always shared with us when we had questions, she even made an appointment for the vet at her doctor's office for us when our dog needed it. Thank you, we would love to come back!

Stayed with family of four with kids.. was really an unforgettable stay. We were staying in apartment 224, having breath taking view. Room, beds , kitchen everything was well maintained. We prepared food at night on both days. Kitchen was stocked with basic necessities.

Fantastically beautiful place to stay, highly recommended! Walter was very helpful and always helped us with our concerns. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time.

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is beautifully built, well equipped and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (it's actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help with a room fragrance, but unfortunately this only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord you don't get into that and we were grateful for the help offered.

The house is huge (as the host’s heart!) , fully equipped; the place located within up to 1 hour from most points of interest; we very enjoyed our stay at Barth’s house! Very recommended.

Very appreciate the great，friendly，proactive host for more than sufficient detailed information. The house has a relaxing vibe like our home on the top of the mountain. We enjoyed sledding in the back yard slops with spectacular views. And our toddler loved playground in the garden with many outdoor toys. The kitchen is also full equipped with more than we needed. It was an excellent stay and we definitely look forward to coming back again！Thanks again for Eike’s family warm host!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

Very nicely located house in a quiet location. The property is very well equipped, both outdoors and indoors (sufficient kitchen utensils, baby equipment, etc.). Gabriela and Lena were very nice, always available and responded very quickly. We would come back anytime.

From the very beginning, communication was warm and straightforward – you felt immediately welcome. The house itself surpasses the already beautiful pictures: furnished with a lot of love for detail, fully equipped and with a breathtaking view and a fantastic garden. Everything was perfect – a place to arrive, breathe and feel good. We will be happy to come back!

The house was very clean and well-equipped. As the interior is modern and clean, you will enjoy a city-like (fancy) house but with a very beautiful lake that is a 10-minute walk away. On top of that, I could enjoy the morning in the beautiful and cozy balcony. I will visit here again when I come to Gmunden. The house is very tidy and the owner's thoughtful consideration can be seen everywhere. If you're coming to Traunsee, it's a great place to recommend. Parking is also available separately in the apartment parking lot, so if you bring a car, you can go to Haltstat or Salzburg within an hour from here. (We did it~)

Astrid and Bernd are such nice and helpful hosts that you feel right at home! The apartment is even more spacious than it appears in the photos and has great amenities with everything you could possibly want. I can really recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Passau!

Very spacious flat in a great location. Two dedicated bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. Sheets and bedding available for us to make up sofa bed. Excellent location and close to everything - no more than 5-10 mins flat walk to shops, bus, train station, restaurants. A really convenient base to explore the area. We did day trips to Hallstätt (20 mins on the train) and a day skiing at Dachstein west (40 mins directly on the bus). Stayed with my senior citizen mother and two sons, we all liked it.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment had everything we needed and was a great place to spend the weekend. Thank you, Ingrid!
