Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

I loved my stay in Bodrum! The place was a little tricky to find at first as Google maps took me to the wrong location, but Erdem came and found me and guided me to the right spot. It’s very cosy and I loved that it has a washing machine. It’s easy to walk into the center, about 10 min walk. I would definitely stay again.

Anne-Marie was the ultimate host, extremely kind and responsive and welcoming. We stayed for one week as a family of 6 and just loved the villa and its peaceful location. We had private access to the beach and the swimming pool was fantastic. We can’t wait to book again. Thank you! Hospitality was wonderful

We had an amazing stay here, it was just as described and the views from the terrace were beautiful. Kay was so helpful throughout, any questions I had he was super responsive and helpful, the wifi and air con was temperamental but always fixed very quickly. Kay even went as far as helping with taxi number etc which we really appreciated. The pool area was lovely, plenty of space and sun beds. We did struggle at first with the steep hill up to the villa but soon found some steps down from the pool which were much easier to climb. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

A lovely apartment with beautiful grounds and swimming pool to enjoy during the day. Turkbuku sea front with its restaurants and bars only 5 minutes walk away Steve and Melike were perfect hosts helping with any questions or issues. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely stay again when we return to Bodrum.

This is a very cozy, quiet apartment, in a closed area in the mountains. You come as if you were home. The view is gorgeous. You can walk to the sea. We came to the surf school, went there, we didn't go to the beach near the house, but it looks very beautiful.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Although it was a little far from the center of Bodrum, it had a perfect view and its own beach, the view from the balcony of the house was perfect for a short getaway

We loved the apartment Especially the well-equipped kitchen Good location with a supermarket in front and close to everything The only thing is that the noise from the bars and restaurants is quite annoying We would still go back to Alp!!! Thank you

We thought it would be more comfortable to rent a house when we had a small baby, and we rented a house for the first time. That's why I did a lot of research, I was very meticulous, and we really felt at home with the cleanliness of the house, the furniture in it, and the approach of Ms. Seda and the gentleman working on the site. They were flexible both at our check-in time and at our check-out time, according to the baby's sleeping time. This is incredibly precious for a mother. They definitely helped us when we needed something. I really haven't had a vacation outside of a hotel in years, I think I'll be open to renting a house now. In fact, I think I'll make a plan to come here every year. ☺️🙏🏻

The hosts are super friendly and welcoming, we felt at home right away! The location is phenomenal and there are so many good restaurants just a few minutes away. We hope to have the chance to come back soon! Would definitely recommend🫶🏻

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. We loved our stay in Kos! It was really clean, and the location was perfect super close to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Kos town. Ioannis was so helpful and always responded really quickly. As a group of girls we all felt really safe in the area! They also have a cute cat which is very friendly!

The location was great - 5 mins walk to the harbour with numerous restaurants. and Bars. Manolis met us outside the apartment and showed us in, explained how air-con and appliances worked. He responded very quickly to any queries. The apartment was very clean and spacious. On check out we were able to leave our luggage for the day and again Manolis met us to ensure we were safely in the airport taxis, ( which he booked for us). Overall a great holiday and would definitely return and recommend. Thank you Manolis for being a great host!

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
