Great house and very comfortable in Türkbuku. Gets a bit noisy from the music in town after 7pm but amazing views from the house and very roomy and spacious place inside.

We had a lovely stay at Erkan's place. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the place was very user friendly and the house was spacious for our family needs. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk into the town centre where there was lots to do and see. Erkan was a great host, very helpful and responsive when we needed anything.

Amazing 3-Day Boat Tour with Mustafa in Bodrum We had an incredible 3-day boat trip with Mustafa in Bodrum. From start to finish it was a relaxing and memorable experience. The food was amazing – fresh and tasty Turkish food that we enjoyed in the sunset. We slept on the deck under the stars, which was absolutely magical. Mustafa took us to beautiful, hidden coves, where we swam in the clear, blue waters. No stress, just quiet and relaxation. Mustafa and his crew made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. A perfect way to experience Bodrum – highly recommended!

We had a peaceful time in this wonderful house where we came for a honeymoon. We embraced it as our own home. Even though it was the end of October, we were still able to get into the pool. Thank you, we'd love to come back

Really enjoyed this beautiful place and it was the perfect home to host a large family Very much enjoyed the pool and living area spaces which are very spacious. The location is great as there are many different villages to go to in Bodrum area and I felt this was perfect. Amazing home. Highly recommend.

the house and the view were very nice, but the path we got lost every night is incredibly difficult. I will stay for a holiday, I would stay perfectly, but walking around is a bit inconvenient car basement 30-35minute bitter heavenly dark basement every day. Everything was very good about the house and its amenities. But everything about the house and its amenities was very good. The utku brain family took care of us, especially a very naive elegant person, no matter how many hours, we called without checking. We did not have a scout.

Very cosy place. The pool was great. Visited during the off-season so it was very quiet and calm.

Gunsel and her daughter were such thoughtful and attentive hosts. Everything about the stay was smooth and welcoming – from clear communication to the little touches that made the place feel warm and cared for. We had a really great time staying at Leo’s place. The garden is lovely and we spent hours relaxing there. The kids really like playing with Leo’s cats and dogs and I have to say they were extremely well behaved, not trying to get in the house or begging for food. I get eczema from cats and dogs so I was a bit worried about that at first, but it turned out to be fine because they never come inside and didn’t seem to try and sleep on the outdoor furniture either. Leo brought us fresh eggs and grapes from his garden, and using the kitchen was easy. The location is outside the main town in the middle of Kos island and we had a rental car, so close enough to everywhere if you are driving, and far enough away to be relaxing. There are a couple supermarkets and markets within a few minutes drive if you want to cook at home. Highly recommended for a young family whose kids are keen to swim in the plunge pool and play in the garden. Great time thanks Leo!

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

A car is highly recommended. If you have this, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view. Max 10 min to downtown, 5 min to a selection of good restaurants by the sea. If I booked immediately, only then would I probably bring a second pan. Those who cook for themselves will occasionally miss something.

the location is absolutely amazing. it is 40 minutes away from bodrum airport, 20 minutes away from guemuesuelue (a nice fisher-village), 10-15 minutes away from bitez beach, 15 minutes away from yalikavak (high class marina), between 5-15 minutes away from any supermarkt, 15 minutes away from bodrum marina and guembet (both shoppoing places), 10 minutes away from midtown mall, 6 minutes away from a stunning view point with wind mils. it is a quiet place with a stunning view, the architecture of the home is stunning and unique, it has so many beautiful spots to take nice pictures. the garden and the pool area is amazing and offers a lot space to relax. the hosts are super friendly, helpful and proactive, we had some minor issues with the flushes in the water but it was solved within few moments. recommending 100%

A wonderful villa with sea and bay view from the terrace. It has a private pool and a beautiful courtyard. It was very clean and smelled good. Tracey was very friendly and welcoming. She was very flexible with checkin and check out time. She welcomed us and showed us around. She was very helpful with local tips. She helped me with the car rental, and advised me few restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed all her advices. This villa is quite big enough for large families. The pool is sparkling clean and well equipped with all kind of pool toys for kids. Terrace of the villa is just amazing with the stunning view and breeze. I have no single negative point during our entire stay. For sure will come back again. I would like to thank you Tracey once again being so nice and helpful during our stay. All the best :)

Amazing villa with the best sunset view! We have stayed at villa for 9 nights and enjoyed it at the fullest. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in Europe and Turkey. Here are our main highlights: 1) Hatice is a very nice and friendly host. She replied to all our questions very fast and helped us with all our wishes during our stay. 2) The villa itself is very clean, and have all the necessarily things to feel like at home (3 separate bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, pool, garden and amazing view) 3) The villa locates 10-15 min drive by car from nice beaches. We haven’t gone by walk, and we think it is the best to have a car if you rent this villa. If you don’t have a car it might be problematic to reach the village and the sea. Once again huge thank you for the hospitality. We wish to come one day.
