Our rental property consists of a main house and a guest house on a 2,000 m2 plot in Gümüşlük. The main house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace The guest house consists of a room, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. There is a flat entrance. A peaceful residential area completely away from noise. It has a 50 m2 private pool. The use of both houses belongs to the tenant. We also own the Hotel Gümüşlük. Our house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a modern architectural design. All rooms have magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Our duplex house has an open kitchen, living room and toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dressing room, a bathroom, and a terrace balcony. There is also a bed in the dressing room to be used if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the summer, you can watch the sunrise and sunset.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
