The perfect place for walking in the woods (close to trails), cycling, quiet, remote work, winter holidays and summer holidays. There is a place for a bonfire. LTE Internet (WiFi) for guests included. Close to ski slopes in the Czech Republic (Mala Upa, Pec pod Sněžkou) and Czarnów Ski - 5 minutes away.

Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Kowary Family Apartment

We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that will comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - we invite you. :)

The Apartments in the mountains of BK are located in Karpacz, near the Wang church, the Alpine Coaster, the Kolorowa summer toboggan run and 150 m from the Gołębiewski hotel (aquapark, bowling alley, children's playroom and disco). All apartments include a living room, a seating area with a sofa, a TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dishwasher and a bathroom. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
