Absolutely spectacular host. Location walkable to beach, super market, all restaurants, coffee shops, park, etc. Couldn’t have been more optimally located. Niko’s went out of his way to accommodate anything we needed and provide detailed local recommendations. One of top stays we have had recently, and super-host level service 🙏🙏

Der Wintergarten mit Blick aufs Meer ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war äusserst sauber und mit sehr gutem und neuwertigen Mobiliar ausgestattet. Von einer Leistungsstarken Heizung, Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren in allen Räumen. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Die Strasse zwischen dem Wohnblock und dem Strand ist störend, zum Glück sind alle Fenster inklusive die des Wintergartens sehr gut schützend gegen den Lärm. Der Weg zum Strand ist unpraktisch wegen der breiten stark befahrenen Strasse, sowie des gegenüber liegenden Grand Resort, welches mit einer 500m Langen Mauer den weg zum Meer trennt bzw den nahen Strand für sich beansprucht. Geht man ost-südlich durchs Quartier gelangt man zu einer Unterführung und innerhalb 10 Minuten zum Strand.

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

Mon séjour a été super ! Entre la belle terrasse, la vue imprenable et le confort de l’appartement (mention spéciale pour le lit), j’ai passé un séjour reposant et agréable ! La petite plage en contrebas de l’appartement permet de se rafraîchir ! Les hôtes étaient très accueillants et réactifs à mes questions/demandes. Si vous voulez vous reposer, c’est parfait !

Das Appartement liegt in einer Anlage erhöht am Meer, wunderschöne Bucht. Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt mit kleinen Wegen. Dort lebende Katzen sind sehr lieb. Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir haben bei Anreise klare Anweisungen erhalten und täglich hilfreiche Links für Restaurants und Sightseeing. jederzeit gerne wieder!

parfaitement situé à côté de restaurant et d'une petite plage, nous y avons passé la dernière nuit de notre séjour (2 adultes + 2 enfants). A 30 min de l'aéroport c'est parfait ! M Spiros s'est montré également très accueillant et amical. Attention maps n'a pas donné l'emplacement exact. Je recommande vivement cet appartement :-)

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! They provided a card for 24 hour taxis in case we had trouble with Ubers and also gave plenty of recommendations of restaurants or things to do in the area. The beach was perfect right down the hill (just be prepared for the walk back up!) one of our favorite airbnbs we have ever stayed in!!

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

A perfect getaway in the beautiful island of Kea. The house and yard/terrace is perfect for couples or young family like us. We took our 4yo and 1yo kids who loved the large terrace area to play and the closeness to the beach. The house is equipped with everything and it was nice to have beach towels and some essentials already in the house like coffee, water, laundry detergent etc. There is a small taverna behind the house that has been closed over the past 2 years but when we were there it seemed like renovations were taking place so maybe next year it will be open! Otherwise you need to drive (windy roads) 20mins to the nearest restaurants. Sarah who met us in Pisses to take us to the house was lovely and gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat and buy supplies. My advice would be to stock up after you get off the ferry at the bigger supermarkets and grear butcher near the port than the mini mart in Pisses.

Our stay was truly exceptional! This spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our active toddler. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and a mini market. The property boasts two patios - one with a gorgeous sea view and a larger back terrace ideal for relaxing dinners. Everything was impeccably clean and all listed amenities were provided. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. They served a delicious full breakfast each morning and were always ready with helpful recommendations. Their warmth and patience with our energetic little one was particularly appreciated. This place is an absolute gem on the island, even better than the photos suggest. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Nous n’avons passé qu’une courte nuit mais Mike a été très réactif quand nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l’emplacement. Super endroit juste au dessus de la mer avec possibilité de baignade à 2 mn. Magique ! Seul petit bémol il faisait assez chaud à l’intérieur, et la chambre adulte n’a pas de grand lit mais 2 lit jumeaux, avec une literie assez limite pour un dos un peu fragile. Nous avons trouvé des bouteilles d’eau et des bières fraîches à notre arrivée, tellement sympa ! Merci Mike ! super adresse, on serait bien restes !!

Nous avons adoré cette petite maison en bord de mer. Ares était très disponible, ainsi qu'Isabelle, qui a été adorable et d'un grand secours. Merci à elle pour sa gentillesse. Parfait pour une famille recherchant le calme. Nous recommandons et reviendrons !

The house is great. Clean and very well supplied. Great terrace with sea view at both sides. Very near (1 min) to the beach with very good restaurant.

Das Haus ist in absoluter Traumlage mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Perfekt, um den Morgenkaffee direkt am Wasser nach der morgendlichen Schwimmrunde zu genießen 🌊🔆 Es gibt ein paar Stufen zur Unterkunft hin (das Auto parkt man an der Straße oben). Die Ausstattung ist gut (inkl. Shampoo, Kaffeekapseln, Salz und Pfeffer, genügend Handtücher, etc.) Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei (im Wohnraum und im Schlafzimmer). Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter ☺️ Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zufuß erreichbar, genauso ein paar nette Restaurantes. George absolut traumhaft, ein sooo lieber, lustiger, zuvorkommender Mensch. Der tollste Host, den wir je auf unseren Reisen hatten. Er war immerzu via Nachrichten erreichbar, hat uns als Willkommensgeschenk eine Kleinigkeit mitgebracht und sogar zum Abschied Geschenke besorgt und uns mit sehr warmen, authentischen Worten verabschiedet ❤️ Wir wollen uns für die schöne, entspannende Zeit im Haus bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt 🦋

Very good value for money with a pool all to ourselves and a jacuzzi bath. The location was an easy walk to lots of Pórto Ráfti restaurants and beaches.

The studio is gorgeous and well equipped. The view from balcony is beautiful, specially on sunrise. Had a short and wonderful stay. Thank you very much to Kimon for accommodating me with a last moment request. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Attentive and friendly host, who makes you feel right at home. Great location, as depicted in the photographs across the street from the beach. Private and secure parking. An abundance of good nearby restaurants. We loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

Ideale Ausgangslage für Touren rund um Athen oder weiter. Schönes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht, besonders der direkt nebenan gelegene Supermarkt ist großartig! Kimon ist ein sehr zuverlässiger Gastgeber und antwortete innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Die fußläufig erreichbaren Tavernen bieten für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel etwas an. Im Zentrum von Porto Rafti (ca. 1-2 km entfernt) findet man auch exklusivere Restaurants und Strand-Bars. Wir würden wieder kommen!

As a first time visitor to Greece, I couldn’t get over the beauty and scenery surrounding Era’s home. She was extremely communicative prior to my arrival and was very flexible with check in time, which I really appreciated. From local restaurants, to literally being across the street from a gorgeous, jump right in beach, I felt immediately welcome in her space and in the town. Highly recommended for anyone looking for simplicity in their trip and a wonderful host.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang haben wir genossen.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und verlief ohne Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit Cosima war sehr angenehm und sie war immer für einen da, wenn man Fragen hatte. Im Vorhinein gab sie uns viele hilfreiche Informationen wie zum Beispiel den Busplan, Taxinummern und Restaurant Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und direkt am Meer gelegen und bietet für eine kleine Reisegruppe alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen,aber dreimal am Tag fährt ein Bus in die nächste Stadt, oder man nimmt ein Taxi, was auch nicht so teuer ist. Eine kleine Taverne ist zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie der Poseidontempel von dem auch der Bus nach Athen abfährt.

Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben in angenehmer Lage mit Meerblick von einem großzügigen Balkon. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend hell, in den kühleren Monaten wird 1 zusätzlicher Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Fenster und beide Balkontüren haben Insektengitter, das Bad ist ausreichend groß, die Dusche ein Traum - reichlich Warmwasser, große Monsundusche und viel Platz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt - es befindet sich sogar ein kleiner Apothekenschrank und Feuerlöscher darin. Lediglich der Warmwasserboiler hat uns etwas gestört, weil er auch nachts bei Abschaltung im Sicherungsschrank regelmäßig deutlich hörbare Geräusche gemacht hat. Schließt man aber die Schlafzimmertüre, ist es deutlich besser. Die Kommunikation mit Dimitris war unkompliziert und proaktiv. Seine Anweisungen für den Checkin/Checkout kamen mit detaillierten Erklärungsvideos exakt in der Zeit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist perfekt und die Lage hervorragend, um dem hektischen Athen zu entfliehen :)
