Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Konkan Division

Definitely a great place to stay as it’s a good complex and the house has a great deck. The house makes you feel at home and was definitely clean. The caretaker was very responsive too. The road you take from the place towards the beaches and restaurants is quite bad and that’s probably the only con. The network is weak so you can rely on WiFi but it’s decent for streaming but I might not rely on 30 MBPS for work if you’re having a workcation. You can carry a streaming stick or HDMI cable if you go there as the TV is standard.

By far one of the best stays, I've had in a while. Maya, I wish I could've stayed there a few more days and I'm sure that I will visit again sometime soon. I absolutely loved your cooking, I think I will bother you soon when I miss the beetroot sabji too much. I highly recommend this stay not only for the amazing house but also for the great conversations and food. This felt like a home away from home. For anyone thinking of booking this stay, I would say do it, I'm sure you will love it as I have. The room has all the expected amenities. I was provided with clean towels and slippers as I got there. You have access to a TV, Kitchen. Maya-ji pretty much told me that she will not only cook the meal but also get it to my hand. I have quite rarely encountered such hospitability.

The place is so quiet and has a private access to the beach. Super clean and the staff is very helpful.

Smita is an amazing host! So caring and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She left welcome goodies and a fridge with essentials for breakfast the next day. She was always quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations. We were here for Rimyi and the intensive at Gymkhana and the location worked out great, particularly as it was a short walk to Rimyi. Smita’s staff were also super helpful. It was also nice to have two rooms separated by a lot of space as my friend and I travelled together. We also each had our own bathroom. There are delicious fruit sellers and OM supermarket close by as well as Ishan Pure Veg restaurant which is actually very good. Thank you!!

The place was really neat, clean and homely. Even in the time of coronavirus, Sahil and Sachi were welcoming and ensured that we were comfortable. During our one week stay, that too in lockdown, we were able to manage things with ease, use kitchen as per our need and stay without any hassles. I recommend this place for both short term and long term stays.

jayesh, the caretaker is such a humble person and will take care of all your needs. the food is amazing 😋 the location is just perfect, by the beach ! swimming pool was operational but kept kinda dirty so didn't take a chance. overall had a great time !!

We visited Earl’s again and, as always, it was a great, COMFORTABLE, and fun experience✨ His hospitality is unmatched, and his space continues to wow us with its cool, artsy vibe 🎭 As pet owners, we felt right at home— & so did our pet! The location is a huge plus too—right in the heart of Bandra, with easy access to all the nice cafés, shops, and hotspots around. Highly recommend this spot to fellow travelers and even intra-city folks looking for a cozy, well-connected escape 💯

The best host and the best air bnb till date ! The rescued pets by the host will make u fall for thi stay more and more ! They are the cutest ❤️ The stay is Compact , easy to find , beautifully designed . It have a total asthetic and traditional vibe and that plenty of trees right outside the door are totally mind refreshing and makes ur stay worth ❤️ I’ll surely suggest everyone to experience this property ❤️

I stayed with my family at Mr Dilip's abode . it felt like a home away from home. The property is extremely serene, surrounded with nature's bliss and feels like an amazing escape from the hustle of the city life. Dilip uncle and Anjali aunty are amazing hosts, the personalized touch to everything, the warm welcome, and how they're always ready to help with anything. Diligence uncle also recommended us amazing food places and help us plan our itinerary. This airbnb made our Nashik stay more memorable!
