Monthly Rentals in Kolwadi

Nice flat in a gated society with a good connectivity to Kalyani. Fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. Caretaker was sweet.

The stay was comfortable and clean, all necessary items were provided, good space for cooking clean utensils for use and overall a very homely feel, the residential area was calm and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and responded proactively. Overall an calming and peaceful experience worth every penny, I wish I could have stayed longer, i know it would have been great.

Sharad sir was very friendly, pretty humble and calm & composed person. He instantly contacted me the moment I booked my accommodation and guided me well through calls and texts in order to arrive at the location safely. He gave me excellent recommendation and useful tips to explore the city. I highly recommend Sharad sir's Airbnb to every budget/solo traveller who is looking for a affordable, best, value for money & clean accomodation in pune. During my stay Sharad sir treated me like his own family member. The accomodation has everything as per mentioned in the listing, was neat & clean; and the building is located inside a gated community with small shacks and grocery stores present outside the main gate.

lovely stay , peaceful, looked as alike as in pictures , host was responsive , supervisor Mr zeyauddinn was very helpful , all amenities in place , all things as stated , more than expected..was a lovely time and would like to recommend to all the people who in the near future would short list this property, please do go , and have a wonderful time
