Our family of 4 (a 4 year old and an 8 year old) had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning landscaping, the quiet evenings, and the beautiful birds in the morning. The property was beautifully maintained, and our kids played on the lawn, hunting for geckos and playing with other kids staying there. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and soaking in the breathtaking sunrise. The property was quiet and peaceful, offering the perfect getaway. The proximity to the beaches, turtles and monk seals was so cool. We walked to beaches easily. Plus, you are only 20 minutes away from Costco by car. The accommodations were clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We love to cook, so we made smoothies in the morning and BBQ in the evening. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

James and Julie were great and very sweet!! They are so helpful and respond very quickly to any questions. Their home is beautiful and the location is great. You are central to everything and and walk to downtown Kappa which is so great. The home is very clean and well put together you can have meals at home or grill up some food from the farmers market. You definitely have more than enough space for 4 people. We will definitely be staying with them on our future trips to Kauai. We cannot wait to book with them again.

What a fantastic spot! My wife and I stayed with our three adult children and we were quite comfortable the entire time. The upstairs living space is actually significantly larger than what the pictures show. The furniture is comfortable and it made a great spot for us all to relax after enjoying Kauai for the day. Also, having housekeeping come through halfway through our stay for fresh towels and linens was a nice touch. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/pans/utensils. My only feedback would be that it would have been nice to have some very basic cooking supplies like salt/pepper/oil for the times we wanted to eat in. Overall, you will not be disappointed in this condo.

Loved this airbnb! The room was more amazing than we had expected. It is hotel style, so when you check-in you get whatever room they have available. We were able to check-in early and had a couple options between what room we would prefer. We had a beautiful partial view of the ocean. There is a nice marketplace right in front and it has lots of shopping and some food options. It is located right on the beach so you can walk out of your room and walk right up to the beach. We never had an issue during our stay and the room was very clean and just like the pictures.

Absolutely beautiful place! The condo was the perfect size, very clean and had amazing views. Very close to shops and restaurants. We felt very much at home there and hope to be back again one day!

Quite and beautiful across from beach. Room was clean and looked just like I’d seen online. Check in was quick and easy. They even mailed postcard for me. Central location on east side of island made it easy to go north or south to do things. Would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this listing. The owners have done beautiful upgrades. Ocean view was stellar. Condo unit lacked for nothing. Extra nice and not expected, was the lighting. Thougtfully done. Would rent again while we cross over with family.
