Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kodiak

Stephen's place was exactly as described. In addition the big windows allow you to look out over the channel and see boats and float planes. We enjoyed the roomy patio. We also rented a truck from Stephen and did his whale watching tour. All were just the best! We had a wonderful time in Kodiak and would book this place again!

So lovely with an amazing views and great set up with all the amenities you need to be very comfortable a a peaceful place with sea otters on occasion right out front and also close to town too! We are so happy with choosing Okiyo’s place highly recommend it and would absolutely choose it again in a heartbeat!

Very comfortable, homey feel, great location. Jenni was quick to respond when I had questions. She provided activity options around town. Internet and games were provided.

This home was terrific. It had all the comforts of home for our group of 7. The kitchen was completely outfitted! Clean and with lots of spaces for different activities. We loved the cute “towel clip” idea for towels, and the linen closet was stacked with beautiful, fluffy towels. Plenty of coat hooks in the entry. Very nice.

Great location super close to everything. we stayed for a softball tournament just down the road from the fields and the school. house was extremely clean. beds were firm. kitchen had everything we needed. Easy check in and out.

Great place, very nicely decorated, great location and lots of space. Neighbors were quiet and someone even left their leftover quarters in the laundry.

Jennifer’s was one of the best we have stayed in on Kodiak. We hope to stay here again?

Steven’s place was perfect for what we needed for a couple nights in Kodiak as we were out and about majority of the time. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with appropriate amenities and even had many seasonings for cooking. Great place to stay. Would stay here again.
