Excellent place with excellent view. The host, Shridevi ma’am was very proactive. She agreed for an early check-in which was a relief. Clear instructions along with route map to reach the place. By the time we called the caretaker, Chitra ma’am, she was already briefed and was ready to host us. Shridevi ma’am proactively contacted us to check how is our stay. This is not something every host does. Thank you for the hospitality and the excellent property. Will definitely visit again.

This property is, without a doubt, one of the best vacation stays I’ve experienced. With a group of 11, we found it to be the perfect retreat—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The view from the lawn is absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent outdoors truly special. The caretaker was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including bringing us groceries whenever required. We were 8 adults, 1 infant & 2 cats. The property is perfect for a large group as it has ample space both inside & outside. The hospitality was impeccable. The food, even better! it was so good that we ended up having breakfast & dinner for 2 days from Sunshine itself. Although Venkat doesn't stay in the property, he was extremely helpful till the day we checked out. Must visit if you are looking for a pleasant stay with family/friends.

My stay at this serene mountain retreat was truly wonderful. Overlooking Kukal Valley, the house offers breathtaking mountain views from the studio bedroom and main house porch. Sitting on the porch, watching the mist roll over the hills, was a highlight. Our host, Anu, was exceptionally attentive, addressing any issues promptly. The delicious meals prepared by the chef significantly enhanced our experience. However, be aware that the property lacks proper signage, and cellphone signals are weak. Set up GPS coordinates in advance, and be prepared for an uphill, rugged approach that can be challenging for low-clearance vehicles. The hosts are available to assist with navigation. WiFi is unreliable due to the remote location, and insect repellent is recommended due to bugs in the area. Despite these minor inconveniences, the peaceful and rejuvenating experience makes this retreat highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.

It was a pleasant stay. I visited with my family. We really loved the place, location is so peaceful and beautiful, It was exactly as mentioned, clean and well-appointed, homely feeling. The living room is a large with a lot of seating space and a TV, the bedrooms are comfortable with a backyard lawn, the kitchen is set up well with all the utensils. Zuhaina was an amazing host, very responsive and considerate. She even provided us extra time for flexible checkout.
