Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kodaikanal

We visited this place as family of 6. The house is very quaint and the bedrooms were really spacious and perfect. The property is managed very well and the housekeeper Mercy was extremely helpful. She even made us fire in the indoor pit for the last night. All the water heaters worked perfectly and every room had a tiny room heater as well. Great place to stay. We did have a little difficulty in locating the property but the housekeeper guided us properly.

it was an incredible experience. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect getaway spot. The well-maintained lawn was a delightful place to relax. What truly stood out was the delicious food prepared there. Every meal was flavorful and satisfying, and the barbecue was a real highlight of the stay. The evenings around the bonfire, enjoying good food and great company, created unforgettable memories. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Kodaikanal.

Karuna farms is not just a stay, it is an experience. An experience so refreshing that you will carry it with you when you go back. It is a place to explore within itself with lot of things to cover - waterfall, pool, yoga, trekking and most importantly the rock. What is more important to cover at this place, is just sitting back and experience the nature around you, through out my stay I could hear birds chirping, stream flowing, leaves falling and all the other elements that connects you with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the urban set-up to something peaceful and refreshing, Karuna farms is the best place. Hrudayavasi is a villa type set up with in Karuna farms, it has some transcendental energy that let you connect with your soul. The portraits of Lord Krishna setup all over the place are so beautiful and you can just stare at them observing the details. Overall this is a great place for having a refreshing experience and getting closer to nature.

We have been to Kodai a couple of times but never enjoyed a very calm vacation as most of the time we came in short notice. This time we planned an elaborate trip and booked with Navin. Navin updated the important details of the property, we were glad that we got upfront communication. The team was very professional and gave us regular follow up ensuring that we reached the property safely. We loved the whole property and our cottage was facing the beautiful garden. It was very well maintained and we got all the best amenities at our cottage. The big tv and the comfortable bed was all I needed to relax for a day, the first day we did not step out and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent and appreciate the staff was being very humble and professional. When we look back at the Kodaikanal trip, fairway inn has contributed a major portion in capturing the best moments of our trip. We are very happy with the stay

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at Vivek’s gorgeous house, away from the kodai city and tucked nicely into a peaceful and beautiful valley. The property is also very well maintained and has a beautiful garden where you could just sit for hours. We felt right at home and had everything we needed at the house. The food was excellent, especially the barbeque. I’ll definitely visit again, hopefully for longer than a weekend. Recommending this highly to anyone considering their next kodai vacation!

Our stay at this 4BHK gem in Kodai was nothing short of magical. The vibes were just perfect, like being wrapped in a mountain hug. The place was spotless, and it felt like they've cracked the code for mountain living. The caretakers were absolute gems, making us feel more at home than guests. It's not just a stay; it's an experience. Worth every single penny – I can't recommend it enough!

Prabhu's place was quite serene and welcoming for small groups of 5-6 people be it family or friends. This trip with our family was made quite memorable because of the location of the place, its homely yet immaculate vibes and more importantly the views! Prabhu checked in with us since the time we booked with all necessary information like the need for epass and food situation, local recommendations and many more! And, Paulraj our caretaker there was quite amazing with all our needs related to meals. We had wonderful homely and delicious meals throughout our stay. Kudos to the whole team. We might definitely visit again and will recommend it to people we know who'll visit Kodaikanal as well!
