The property is very clean and well maintained. We booked the entire property (4 villas) and enjoyed our stay. Kalaiah is always available on property and is very kind and helpful. Came for a wedding and didn't have any meals but ordered starters and everything tasted good. Private taking is available. The only point I'd have is the location. While it's posted as near Virajpet city circle, it's actually about 8 kms away. Easy to navigate and roads are good too but wasn't a trouble for us. Will definitely come back here!

Nice home with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very peaceful, clean and comfortable to stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful gave us the utensils to use since there was no kitchen facilities. Morning we were served with complimentary breakfast which was very delicious. Very very beautiful house, we really fall in love with the house. Highly recommended host. Thanks alot

We had a very comfortable one night stay with family. The place is close to the city center but the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The caretaker was responsive. Don't forget to order food before hand if you would like the host to arrange it at an extra charge. Would definitely visit again.

The place is perfect for a get-together. Me and my friend's loved the place. Spacious rooms, amenities and especially great hosting. We had a warm welcoming experience. I would highly suggest this place for anyone who is looking for a calm and peaceful getaway.

We visited this place with our family just couple of weeks back, and just have good things to mention. It’s beautiful nestled between coffee plantations and hills. It’s secluded but well connected to access road. Now coming to the hosts Ashwini and Appanna. They are beautiful people. Made us feel comfortable right from the start. They were always available and eager to cater to our every need, and that too with smile and care. They shared with us their local customs, suggested local food. Again truly they are the best. Mahesh- who cooked for us, amazing cook. We always had warm home cooked delicious meals ready. Definitely recommend and would love to go back.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at, & I’m an avid traveller. Perfect for an extended family stay (we were 9 people). The house with its large glass windows, 5 identical well-furnished rooms, outdoor swimming pool, watchtower, and especially the projector screen in the hall, were exactly what we wanted to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. Special shoutout to Rakesh Bhaiya and the 3 other Bhaiyas who were always just a call away, cooked delicious food, and provided better hospitality than any 5 star property can. Will recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay among nature a group of 10 or so people.

Mudra Manor was absolutely beautiful. Amazing property, very chic. My dog loved running around the lawn and the trail walking. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The barbecue was delicious, so was all the meals . The heated pool was a good addition in the rainy cold weather. Partha and the caretaker Ram and chef Das did a great job and were very responsive throughout our stay. Definite recommend this place if you’re looking to have a staycation in a luxurious property.

Worth every penny spent will surely visit again

Fantastic location made with a lot of care and consideration with an absolutely gorgeous view of a beautiful and well maintained and heated pool. The house comes with staff that were also wonderful with the service they provided. It felt like our own little private resort. Absolutely stunning of a getaway. A word of caution though for people with young children or wheelchairs - it can be tricky to get around as there are many stairs. The stairs in and around the pool can be unsafe for little kids. We enjoyed it nonetheless. It’s a wonderful place otherwise and absolutely recommend it.

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The host was flexible, kind, and always attentive, ensuring a smooth experience. The home was modern, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for families, with great amenities for kids. The beautiful garden was perfect for relaxation, and the proximity to the sea was a major highlight. The food service was convenient and delicious, and the host provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. The on-site caretaker was always available to assist and keep the property clean, and an additional cleaning service added to the comfort. The only minor downsides were the lack of hot water and the narrow road leading to the property, which could be challenging for larger vehicles. Despite these small issues (which the host kindly acknowledged and assured to fix or provide a solution), the overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!

Really good place to visit, great hospitality of the host team out there, clean and well maintained rooms totally worth and love it

We had booked this place for a family trip and had an amazing stay. Pros: 1. Beautiful, spacious and well maintained property. the rooms, pool and surroundings were clean. 2. all the listed facilities were available. 3. the property was easy to find. 4. the surroundings are calm and green. 5. eateries and groceries easily available, food delivery by restaurants was also available. 6. Caretaker is available 24x7 and is super helpful, but only speaks malyalam which could be an issue for some. We took google translators help. 7. spacious car parking area, can fit 2 cars. Improvements: 1. There were a lot of Black ants (can't help given the location plus they're harmless, so not a big issue) so had to keep all the food items protected and out of their reach at all times. 2. there were a lot of ants under the mattress in one of the bedrooms but the caretaker cleared it as soon as we informed him about it. 3. some chairs in the balcony and outdoor seating would've been great.

I am very happy with the stay. I went with a couple of my friends and was blown away by the peacefulness and serenity of the place. The staff were super friendly and the food they made was really good. I would definitely recommend if you would like to get away from the city and want some tranquility.

Deepa is probably the best Airbnb host I have come across. It felt like she just took us in. She's very attentive, polite, warm and helpful. And she cooked such great food for us, it was a treat! The Airbnb is fabulous. Looks like the photos. It has a great vibe - classy and peaceful. I will probably be back.
