Oceanside Place - House in quiet area near Beach

Vi stannade fyra nätter i Herberts hus. Vi var mormor, morfar, mamma, pappa och två barn 3 respektive 5 år. Vi uppskattade lugnet och att få ha hela Oceanside nästa helt för oss själva. Kommer vi tillbaka skulle vi troligen hyrt en motorcykel då det fanns begränsat med restauranger och affärer i närheten. I Laem Mae Pim fanns bland annat bageri och 7eleven, tog 30 minuter att promenera dit. Huset var väldigt stort och fint, personalen på restaurangen Ton-Aor i närheten var väldigt hjälpsamma och skjutsade oss till mataffär så vi kunde storhandla.

The apartment is absolutely lovely. Very clean and tastefully decorated. While I was there, I already started looking to see whether the apartment is available for my next holiday and was very sad to see it is already booked! This is a lovely space, so if it’s available, book it immediately!

Virginia svarede på mails rigtig hurtigt, nogle gange indenfor få minutter. Dette var meget værdifuldt for os, især i forbindelse med valg af bolig fra airbnb, for vi fik afklaret spørgsmål med det samme. Boligen var i rigtig fin stand, bygget få måneder tidligere, og også mens vi boede her stillede vi flere gange spørgsmål omkring både bolig og lokalområde, og Virginia svarede også her rigtig hurtigt - og med gode forslag til hvad man kunne lave af ting og sager. Baseret på vores ophold kan vi klart anbefale at bruge Virginia som vært.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The best part about this place is definitely the location – it’s incredibly central. One of the island’s best restaurants is just a minute away, and all the other restaurants, the night market (only a two-minute walk), and the beach (five minutes on foot) are all within easy walking distance. The kitchen was also a big plus. It was well-equipped for basic cooking and breakfasts, which we really enjoyed preparing and having on our own balcony/veranda. It made our stay even more comfortable. But what truly made our experience even better was the host, Cherry. She was extremely friendly, very responsive, and always helpful. She was cheerful and always smiling, which made us feel so welcome. She is such a lovely person, and we’re really happy to have met her. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Koh Samet!

Had a wonderful stay! It’s a great location, a great space and Minnie and her husband are very helpful and accommodating! Would certainly come back again!

Minnie is an awesome host! The unit was lovely, modern, and matched the pictures. The cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful Everyday I was given two water bottles to help stay cool in the heat! Would definitely rent from Minnie again. Strongly recommend!!!
