Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ko Samet

Amazing value with a stunning apartment, superb ameneties (like the HUGE pool), and welcoming hoasts make this a rare find. The welcome letter that runs through the basics of checking in and out was very practical. Small nice decorative details enhance the experiense further and sitting out on the giant balcony overlooking the ocean every evening is the icing on the cake. Staying here, one does not necessarely need a car as one can eat either at the Marriott (at an exessive premium but still) or at any of the close beach restuarants serving nice food at reasnoble prices. We did have our own vehicle and wander just a couple of minutes into the closest "town" and you'll be spoilt for choise at "proper" Thai joints where 3 people eat (including soft drinks) for 120-150 b. One of us usually drove out and brought back lunch and had a nice poolside lunch in the very tranquil and relexed surroundings. If one gets tired of Thai food one needs not to worry; either head 8 km to Mae Phim and eat at Buffalo Bills or if one is craving authentic Italian cooking head 5 km in the other direction and dine at fantastic Mr Polenta (be sure to reserve a table). Travelling with kids this makes for a super place as the two water slides where mighty fun. Thank you and BRAVO!!!

Located in Phupatara condominium complex, the room offers a panoramic beach view with a big balcony. Once the partition between living area and bedroom is opened, the room is actually very spacious. Standard amenities are included. 5 mins walk to a local restaurant is a big plus. Juit is very helpful and responsive. We have stayed in this room twice already. Definitely come back here again.

Although this accommodation is not quite by the sea. But I still like this accommodation very much. There is a room where my family can sit together. We can have activity ,talk to each other and eat together. There is kitchenware enough to make simple cooking. My family like the dinner and breakfast provided by the host. Thank you very much.

Loved our stay here. There are plenty of restaurants along by the beach and the supermarket is not far if you hire transport or take a taxi. Koh Samet is more lively if you want a change of pace and the snorkeling trip is a good way to see some of the other islands.

superb peaceful place

Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

Very nice villa, Victor and Tatiana were super helpful, they can even rent a car to you at a very good price, I highly recommend this property, very relaxing and great pool, 5 stars ⭐️ from me!!

A top spot for a peace and privacy-loving party. My two families and I were at Sven Erik Villa and everything went smoothly. Nearby, you'll find affordable restaurants and a larger number of services and entertainment is just a 20-60-minute drive from the property.

The host was extremely responsive and assisted when my driver was lost.

I wanted to go to Pattaya, I didn't know the location and booked it, about 50km from Pattaya, but by chance it was a coincidence that we could go to the nearby beach and hi for a day. The beach here is better than Pattaya, because there are not so many tourists and I don't like the beach with so many people.There is a shopping mall around the house, there are many gas stations and 7-11 all the way, you need to prepare your own toiletries for check-in, I think this is correct, because it is environmentally friendly and hygienic.

Everything is clean, several sets of bed linen,towels,tableware, my daughter appreciated the play station))) and also special thanks for the constant communication and help in matters of "where is the store,market", "where to go'etc. Condo is in a quiet and peaceful place)))) our family fell in love with Thailand))) thank you again!!!!

This is a beautiful house in a secure gated community with 24 hour security and is beautifully landscaped with a huge shared pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. It is well serviced by a local firm who were very pleasant and helpful. There are local bars and restaurants serving Western and Thai food and it is just a 5 minute walk to 7-11.

Very nice house with a great pool area and very clean water. It is very clean and tidy with superb amenities. Location is quiet and yet central about 10 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the nearest city we will be happy to come back

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Pat's bunglow's are a wonderful place to rest and recharge in Thailand. I was here for a work requirement. Very clean and modern, everything you need for a pleasant stay in this beautiful environment. The very nice pool is an excellent addition to the experience. It is good to have a car or scooter to get around easily to the beach (or work) and shopping or just exploring the area. Pat is an excellent host, very attentive and helpful in every situation. She helped with getting to know the area (it was the first time for me), shopping, scooter rental, airport transportation, laundry and my many questions as a newcomer.
