The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

After 2 nights in Bangkok and 5 nights in Pattaya City, I needed to slow down and calm my spirit. Two nights here at this location was perfect! Once you enter via the front gate, you are surrounded by moss laden trees, lovely statues, nicely sounding wind chimes, well kept grounds, and so on. My bungalow had a back porch where I could sit and watch the birds land by the pond. The air con worked well, all amenities were provided, and I was able to catch up on my sleep. This is the place to go, either by yourself of with a partner, to not be in the middle of it 'all'. It iis where you go to find your calmness and balance, to recharge your battery, and embrace nature in all its beauty.

Very well located and convenient resort for your stay on Koh Samet. Two swimming pools on site, in a wooded and authentic environment. the beach is 5 minutes walk, all like restaurants. You can go there with your children. The on-site team is attentive and will find solutions to your requests or questions. Only reserve you can't cook or bring fresh produce from the outside. I would recommend this resort.

Nunun was a great host. Really nice and helfull. He even give us a lift to a nearby place. It's a great location to take the ferry for Ko Samet island. We found that the matress was a bit to firm, but this is a personal preference!

Hi there. I was here for the 2nd time now and it was, like a year ago, everything was impeccable, only the price was slightly raised. Otherwise very friendly staff, the rooms impeccable, daily cleaning, the fridge filled. Above all, it is a very good location, close to the beach and if you rent a scooter you can easily reach any other beach, great. I can only recommend it. Thank you for everything and see you next year.

3 Bedroom Villa on the Beach

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.
