It was excellent, the apartment is great, quiet, right on the stream. Excellent shower! Excellent location, 3 minutes drive to the Jocheberg Gondola. I would especially like to mention Klaus's availability and his help with everything, even allowed us to come back the last day after noon for a shower and get ready for the flight. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Rosenhof! With a view on the lake to have breakfast in the sun and sit in the hot tub in the afternoon, we will certainly miss it! We will be happy to come back :)

great location, the fantastic lake, so close... I feel like there was no house on the lake, which was closer. I was on site for four days and never used my car. Everything I needed was within walking distance. Kitchenette and bathroom, everything perfect. We'd love to come back!

Was very nice, were in Kössen for a wedding. Can imagine that you can easily switch off here. It is very easy to keep, you should be aware of that. Johannes is a totally nice and flexible host! And the neighborhood is incredibly clean!

Beautiful area and the opportunity to stay in a pretty old farmhouse. When can you enjoy staying in an almost 100-year-old house. Relaxation and deceleration goes very well here. The descriptions of the landlord are all apt, check in and out very easy. Highly recommend.

We were visiting as a group of nine and had a very nice time at Johannes's farm. The yard and rooms are very cozily furnished, communication with Johannes was very straightforward. The cowshed is located directly at the yard, so you should not be too bothered by the smell in some rooms. But that's the charm of the property. There is everything you need for a cozy and simple stay.

We had a great stay and Michael the local staff went out of his way to do anything to make our stay as perfect as possible. He even had discount cards for ski lift tickets ready for us. The table was set with fruit and a bottle of wine to welcome us. He would check in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Restaurant and grocery shops were in walking distance and we had a fabulous time. The house is very comfortable and actually cozy might be a better description. I e loved the sound of the creek near by. Just beautiful. Thank you, Victor and Michael.

Absolutely beautiful flat in a very special location. Quick easy drive to gondola for access to slopes. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. Very well appointed and luxurious.

The apartment is small but nice. Had everything it needed, there was also a supermarket nearby. Parking was also available. There were only two of us, it was great for us. For more than two people maybe a little cuddly. But we can definitely recommend the place
