Apartment vacation rentals in Kitzbühel District

Nice neat and spacious apartment. Equipped with everything you need to stay for a week. However, it was personally on the low side in terms of shower water temperature. That you could use the sauna, swimming pool and gym was a nice side effect.

We have stayed multiple times at Ferdinand's place, it really does feel like home to us. Ferdinand, although not necessary at this point, ALWAYS makes it a point to check in with us to see how we're doing and if we need anything. He is a fantastic host. As always, we look forward to returning next year!

Thank you for a nice stay. The apartment is small but perfect for two people. Well equipped. Purely. Warm. Nice view from the terrace. 4 ski resorts can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The hosts were very nice and discreet.

Wonderful week-long stay ❄️😎 Evelyn's place, beautifully located on the sunny side of Kirchberg. On the spacious terrace there is a magnificent view of the Kitzbühel mountains and the beautiful village of Kirchberg. The apartment is very spacious and fairly well-equipped. (Missing maybe a microwave) Evelyn kindly welcomed us and was attentive to our requests. We quickly felt at home. So the place is highly recommended if you want to have a dream vacation. Thanks to the Binder family and especially Evelyn. 😘😎🎄

We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Bambi!! Tanya is a very nice host and the apartment is really nice, insanely cozy and very quiet. We felt immediately comfortable and will recommend it with complete conviction! This apartment would always be our first choice in Ellmau. It couldn't be better! A heartfelt thank you to Tanya!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful unit, newly renovated, clean and spacious and close to the KitzSki Ski resort. It was very at home/cozy and also had a balcony with Mountain View. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Beautiful apartment, with good amenities, beautiful views, clean and all in all a fully satisfactory accommodation. Check in was easy, description was accurate and payment without any issues. In terms of price, it's not cheap

The penthouse is quietly located in Hollersbach, within walking distance of the lake and only a few minutes' drive from the Panoramabahn as an entry point to the Kitzski area. The beautiful town of Mittersill is nearby. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people. The large balcony, open kitchen and sauna are the highlights. The parking is in front of the door and the ski cellar is also accessible by elevator. Both in Hollersbach and especially in Mittersill there are enough charging stations for electric cars. Communication with Norbert was straightforward and fast.

We had a really lovely stay at Heinz's place. The place was nice, clean and cozy. We were well received, and Heinz was helpful and quick to communicate with. We give Heinz our best recommendation.

Very nice place to stay with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor hot tub for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great skiing vacation with a small ski resort right in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding towns. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We'll definitely be back!

This place is one of our top 3. A real oasis! The decor is modern and very clean; it has everything you need and nothing there that unnecessarily dusts. The highlight is of course the hot tub on the terrace with the great view of the mountains. Great for our two dogs that the terrace is completely fenced and unseen. We will definitely be back.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

We felt right at home. Maria was available if you had any questions or the like and gave us tips. Everything was done to make sure we had a great stay. Always happy to come back:)
