Very cozy, quaint farmhouse. Something special. Also in a highlight: Fresh eggs directly from the stable in the morning. Our host was helpful, friendly and available almost at all times! We will be back!

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

We had the best time! The house is a dream, beautiful old touch but very modern and has everything one could wish for. we went on a hike in the mountains, did Pilates every morning on the deck with direct view on the mountains, enjoyed the hangout area in the sun and the pool, and Mark even made sure to bring more gas so we could Barbecue.

We booked the chalet over the weekend for our girls' trip. The house was easy to find and looked the same inside and out as in the pictures. Very well equipped, everything was there - from towels to an espresso spoon. :) Dishwasher tabs etc. just great. We didn't have to bring or organize anything extra. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nicely furnished. Everything also very clean - and if something happens, enough to clean on site (vacuum cleaner on each floor, for example). We didn't use the garden, but we can imagine that it's great in summer, especially for children. Fenced, with a swing and enough space to play ball, for example. We definitely saved the chalet and are looking forward to the next stay. *****

Myself and my family so enjoyed our stay in Klaus' beautiful Airbnb. It is in a perfect spot where restaurants and beautiful walks are all in the near. The garden was big enough for our kids to run around in and for us to have a bbq in the evening. We were cozy and warm in the evenings and enjoyed using the Sauna! The bedrooms are all decent sized with the top level bedrooms having access to a little balcony. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to anyone wishing to stay here.

Staying at Maria's was awesome! We were 15 people, the place was huge, large common room with kitchen, south side terrace with awesome view!

Great host, wonderful unit, and amazing location!

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.

Central but still quiet location in the Kirchberg, beautiful accommodation with great garden , good starting point for hikes, friendly landlords.

The apartment was perfect for us with dog and just as described and superbly equipped. The beds are comfortable, parking right next to the apartment, the path to the ski cellar short, everything is very clean and welcoming. View from the apartment to the mountains is a dream and the opportunities for leisure activities are endless. Slope to ski in front of the door, as well as a fantastic trail, opportunities for hiking on great trails, tobogganing... We will be happy to come back. 😊

The place was awesome... big house, super clean, beautiful furniture and exclusive. totally nice landlords, helpful, present with questions. Also great for our dog, as the forest was just a minute's walk away. Also great for our toddlers, we got a crib, high chair and even a Bobby Car and toys in the house. Rosa Maria even offered us a stroller! A great, huge ski resort (Hopfgarten and Söll) was only 15 minutes away by car. The baker was a 10-minute walk away. Thanks for everything, it was a wonderful place to stay!

The three of us spent a wonderfully relaxed extended weekend in this fantastic accommodation, we will be happy to come back. We enjoyed the great amenities and the magnificent view and will be back for sure. Imke was always great to reach and very helpful.

This place is beautiful! It sits in a cul-de-sac, away from the city with breathtaking views of the valley. The advantage is that it is located in a quiet area but it requires you to have a means of transport to get there. The house is more beautiful in reality than in the photos. There is space and the amenities mentioned in the listing are well present and of quality. The hosts are accommodating.

A beautiful, extremely functional house with extremely tasteful decor. Also, everything you might need is there (esp. winter things, but also bicycles). Three terraces and retreats for everyone and the location is one of the most beautiful in this area (Prama is right in front of the Wilder Kaiser and you can walk there). The hostess is also very kind, any problems are solved immediately.

There were 7 of us in the Airbnb and it was more than enough space for all of us. Everything was also within walking distance, we were there because we went on a ski trip. Everything was right, highly recommended!

Great place. Very nice house with newly reconstructed bathrooms. Very well equiped kitchen and everything was clean. Deffinatelly recommend for family. 3 huge bedrooms 1 mid size. Everything was fantastic. Only 10 mins by car from kaprun (ski lift)
