Super place, cozy and fully equipped. We were here for skiing, would love to come back.

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in the city center of Kufstein and has a parking space for the CAR in the underground car park. These two criteria are great...everything within walking distance, no annoying search for parking. The parking space is small. With a large car, it takes quiet action. There is an elevator in the house, but the 2nd floor can be easily reached by foot. From each room you can access the balcony, from which you have an amazing view of the mountains. Beds are very comfortable. They are 2 single beds that are put together to form a double. The kitchen offers everything you need...enough pans and pots, dishes, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Rinses, dish soap...all available. The bathroom is large and spacious. The bathtub is used for showering. Furthermore, there is another sleeping option in the study. So also suitable for working from home. My husband and I felt very comfortable and secretly.

It was great - we had a great time! We'd love to come back!

The location provided a perfect stay for our family. Being to close the the gondola and within walking distance to shipping and restaurants we did not once use our car! Though is was not the easiest to find the communication was great, the place was nicely decorated and everything was very clean and cared for. We would definitely consider a return trip!

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. It has underground parking, which was really useful. We went to Sankt Johann, Seineplatte and Kitzbuhel ski resorts during our stay which are all very easy to get to from the apartment. Jennifer was also very responsive during our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Emma’s place was a hidden jewel. We were there at christmas for my daughter’s wedding which turned out to be a fairy tale wedding. The place is comfortable, cozy and has everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect as we could walk to town and enjoy the christmas market. Emma is a a great host going out of her way to accommodate us. Her responses were almost immediate and very helpful. Thanks Emma for a wonderful stay.

It was our second time in the apartment and we didn’t regret the choice. The apartment is very well located, close to public transport but peaceful and private at the same time. We love the large balcony with great view! Martina is a very kind and thoughtful host. Would definitely come back again!

Everything was as expected

The apartment is very nice with great sleek design, clean, and prepared like if you would go to an hotel. It is just a few kms away from Zell am See or Kaprun ski resort.

I stayed 4 nights at Karin's with my 18yr old son. The apartment was perfect for us - a large bedroom with double bed for me and a large comfy sofa bed in the sitting room for my son (6foot tall). Views from both rooms and the kitchen are over the beautiful mountains and we could watch the night skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater, the Spar supermarket is a 10min walk. It's a 5 min walk down the lane and over the road to the lift ticket office and Karin's ski school and ski hire shop is across from there - where we could leave our kit overnight - which was great. We highly recommend Karin's place to stay for a ski trip to Saalbach-Hinterglemm and I'm sure it would be perfect for a summer holiday as well for mountain biking and hiking.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is very modern, there is enough space and there is everything you need :) The hosts are super nice and easy to reach. The ski bus stops right in front of the farm and the gondola station is not far away, so perfect location for skiing. There is also a bakery, a village shop and fresh eggs, yogurt and milk directly from the farm. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back :)

We were greeted very nicely by Maria upon arrival. It's all been explained. In the house live the hostess and her parents on the first floor. On the second floor there are two apartments. These are easily accessible via the very large staircase. Parking is right by the front door. There is a ski room and a well-functioning ski boot dryer. We had warm, dry ski boots every morning, which is no longer a given. We were delighted to be welcomed by Lea(?), the very dear Australian Shepherd dog who always wanted to be petted. Next time we will bring our dog. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It had everything you needed. Sheets and plenty of towels were super clean. The large walk-in shower was one of the highlights. Very convenient: there is a second bathroom, so you felt at home. The kitchen was also very clean and equipped with everything

Great place for 4 of us ski in ski out which is limited in the area . Place was clean and with everything required for a stay at an affordable price

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

We found exactly what we wanted. And more. A great apartment, completely private on the Alpakahof, the tranquility, the sensational view – and great hosts. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Very nice place that had everything you could want. Spacious, functional, cozy, neat, and clean. We used the home as a home for skiing holidays, but I also think it could be a nice place to stay in the summer. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Jessica's and Horst's for about a week, a company of 4, for which the apartment is perfect. The place is very peaceful and calm, up on a hill overlooking the town, surrounded by hills from everywhere. It has a spacious balcony for dining, relaxing and looking at sunsets :) There's also an outside terrace with grilling amenities. Around the house there are usually lots of farm animals like sheep and donkeys, and Jessica let us pet them, which was very sweet :) In the town there are a couple of good grocery stores (they close at 7 p.m.), some nice restaurants. There are numerous beautiful hike routes around Mittersill of various difficulty. All in all there's everything you'd want from a country holiday. Jessica and Horst are always ready to help if something's needed. The only thing to keep in mind: if you're on foot, expect a climb up the hill to reach the house. (We were on foot and didn't find it too problematic.) Thank you, Jessica and Horst, for a delightful stay!

The apartment was lovely and really clean. We all felt right at home. The furnishings of the apartment are also remarkable, from games, shower gel to separate blankets, everything was there.

Absolutely beautiful flat in a very special location. Quick easy drive to gondola for access to slopes. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. Very well appointed and luxurious.
