Clean and very good price/performance ratio in this location. A short walk from the ski resort in Kaprun. Mountain views right from the bed.

Florian’s place was wonderful and met our expectations! He greeted me upon arrival and showed me how the shower worked so there wouldn’t be any confusion (for hot water just turn it towards the cold icon, it’s just backwards but easy to figure out)! He provided us with a crib for our nine month old and the YouTube video of how to find his place made it super easy. He even told us we could check out a little later if we wanted (we had things we wanted to do or else we would have stayed a bit longer)! We stayed for one night while traveling through Austria; I made Spaghetti and we enjoyed dinner and wine on the balcony with a view of the mountains. I would recommend his place to anyone!

The place was cozy and clean. Florian was very friendly, straightforward and always responded quickly. Self-check-in was hassle-free. We will be happy to come back :-)

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

We felt very comfortable in Florian's apartment. Everything was as described, he welcomed us kindly, had the guests cards ready immediately, and much more. The apartment is spacious, clean, easy to reach, a beautiful view. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful apartment equipped with everything necessary. Great view to the lake from the balcony. Street is a bit of a noise during the day. We got very hot days, there was something missing from the air conditioning. The host is very friendly and helpful. Pretty area with many excursion possibilities. All in all we had very nice days in Vorderthiersee.

We had a nice family time here. Very clean and modern with a well-equipped kitchen. The host was responsive. There was a lot of helpful information about things to do and restaurant recommendations.

Excellent apartment with a beautiful setting. Will definitely be back. Cleaning costs are unreasonable though.

By far one of the nicest places we've ever had! Everything was just perfect: the layout of the apartment, the roof terrace (a dream), the location and views, the digital card, the possibilities for children and above all the basic equipment. Absolutely recommended! Unfortunately, it was not the season and therefore many things were closed. For this, we have made beautiful, recommended hikes directly from the place/ surroundings.

A wonderfully beautiful place in Tirol. Great apartment that can be highly recommended also for the four-legged friends. Can't wait for a visit here again.
