Exclusively equipped apartment with two bedrooms, each bedroom with bath/shower/toilet. A washer/dryer is available in a bathroom. Modern and well-equipped kitchen, large, cozy dining area and living area with balcony from which you have a magnificent view of the mountains opposite. The spacious apartment is in the center of Westendorf, so that all restaurants, shops, swimming pool, golf course and mountain railway/lifts (in winter: ski in - ski out) are easily accessible. The golf course, which opened in 2013, is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. 10 other golf courses are available in the region. The tennis court is 2 minutes from the apartment. Westdorf is an ideal place for hikers, mountain bikers and paragliders. From April to November, you can check in any day.

Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

Hauser vacation home

When you look out from your apartment directly onto the Kitzbühel mountains, you are eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole vacation day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun sets behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight spreads, you loosen your muscles.
