IORA - newly built Japandi style luxury chalet

PatriciaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Friendly host, peaceful environment ! This property is clean and when we arrived in the evening, it was well prepared to welcome us. There were 4 of us and very spacious. We also asked for BBQ equipment in advance and had a nice BBQ dinner. Hakuba in mid May was quiet, and not every tourists spots are opened. Hence, we could spend a little more time at the property and enjoy ourselves. Thank you!

Hanna's House Hakuba

PeterRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described, while compact is was slightly larger than I had envisaged. Definitely well located in Echoland. Desmond and his team provided complimentary transfers too and from Hakuba Station which was greatly appreciated. From my research Hannas house provide good value for money. I would recommend Hannas house with a few caveats, the stairs to the second level are very steep so maybe not great for very young children or if you are less mobile. We were lucky to have significant snow falls which meant that quite a bit of shovelling was required to keep the entry clear and the driveway accessible if you are considering hiring a car.
A spacious living area features large windows allowing natural light to fill the room. Two brown leather sofas are arranged with a coffee table in between. A plant adds a touch of greenery, while a clock is mounted on the wall, complementing the modern design.

Wadano Hill | Luxury chalet with forest views

NontipanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The accommodation is beautiful and peaceful. The view during the snowfall is very beautiful. Floor heater isn’t working and hot water comes out of the hole in the bathtub many time. Luckily, no one gets burn at feet. When I reported the problems, the male staff came to help at night. Thank you to him. He helped solve the problem and gave good advice. But the problem with the floor couldn’t be solved because he said that the floor heater might be broken. Luckily, there were two portable heaters and he said that if it was cold, he would bring more. As for the hot water that came out of the tub when we did not turn it on, the problem did not occur again. But after he left, no hot water in the whole house twice (both from the bathtub and the kitchen sink). We have no idea what the problem was, but it should be repaired asps.
A living area features a comfortable orange sofa positioned near a glass table. Large windows framed by blue curtains provide natural light and glimpses of the outdoors. The polished wooden floor adds warmth to the space.

Karamatsu- Trendy luxury cottage close to Echoland

PaulRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We spent 5 nights at the cabin and really enjoyed our time there. There were just 2 of us but it would be comfortable for 4 people. It is a 10 minute walk to the restaurants in the main street (good idea to book in advance) and the bus stop for the ski shuttle is at the front door. Hiroko and the management team are really helpful - gave us restaurant and gear hire recommendations, collected us from the train and dropped us off at the end. Furnishing is comfortable and modern, the shower pressure is awesome after skiing and plenty of heating. Wifi is fast. Feels quite private overall.

We had a time in a luxurious space. The host was always available and responsive. The bed is also fluffy and the sleeping comfort is the best. I think it's great because there are snowboards and a wax room available in the winter season. If you come to Hakuba, you'll definitely want to stay here again!

Villa Rochalie 5-Bedroom Chalet

JoshuaRating, 5 stars16 months ago
This place is amazing! We had 8 guys and the 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms were perfect for our size of group, with room to spare. Everything was very clean, modern and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Each room has its own temperature control, heated floors and bathroom. They also provided a daily service to empty the trash cans which was a nice bonus. Right next door is an incredible 10-person wood fire sauna and 4 cold plunge barrels/tubs. We walked to many restaurants very easily, along with a massage service 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this place. The staff was excellent!
