Vacation rentals in Kirkton of Skene

We had a lovely stay at Oxen Craig. The heating and lights were on for us arriving, which was much appreciated! Lots of amenities in a small space. Was a very cosy and comfy stay. We cooked in the kitchen and ordered food in another evening. The wood fired hot tub was a highlight and easy to use. My partner took a while to get used to the small doors as he is 6’2, so a few minor head bumps! Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but manageable if only staying for a few nights. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Clovenstone lodges to others!

Such a lovely, clean, comfortable, well equipped place and really beautiful views and amenities. Cannot recommend enough!

Very central location in Ballater. Easy off street parking around the corner (that street is a bit wider). Comfortable bed, the kitchen was well equipped and we cooked up some veggies, with venison steak from Sheridan’s, the local butcher and had a night in with the fire. We also ate at The Fish Shop, twice, it was so good, highly recommend. Overall super stay, very comfortable if you want to relax or venture out and about.

Laura's apartment was lovely, the location was perfect and it was spotlessly clean. The apartment was very comfortable and we had a very restful break. I would happily recommend!

There are no words to describe how lovely the house is. The views are stunning and to wake up every morning and sitting up in bed and see nothing but ocean is so peaceful, beautiful and calming. Everything you need in the house and more. Very clean and tidy. This is my second year there and will now become part of my yearly trips away. I cannot praise Loren enough. Highly recommended, I would give it 10 stars 🌟

Appartement au 1er étage d'une résidence, propre, lumineux et accueillant comme sur les photos. La vue sur la mer est fantastique. Le quartier est très calme. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit, nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants mais nous n'étions pas à l'étroit. Le lit et le canapé lit sont confortables. Les petits plus : le balcon, le parking privé, le nécessaire de toilette fourni, le thé / café / lait à disposition, la télévision connectée (elle est à côté de la baie vitrée, du coup on passe plus de temps à regarder la mer que la télé...) Dean est un hôte très sympathique avec qui il est très facile de communiquer. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci Dean, Nicola et Ollie.

we wanted somewhere that we could be together as a family, this house gave us all we were looking for and more, the big kitchen diner was the hub of the home, we used it well, with the little lounge close by for that old man sneak away for 30 winks in peace, house was clean and tidy with plenty of those needed items, laundry, cooking and cleaning. good size rooms spread with bedrooms on 1st and 2nd floors, old man called shotgun on first :-), not because bigger, just less stairs. 2 good size bathrooms, like that 1 had over bath shower whilst the other had walk in shower. location is brill, 2 mins walk down to harbour and along to the very warm and welcoming Harbour bar and chipper with very tasty suppers. this was a great home, not house.. as it felt like a home, in a great location, very friendly. this is def a place to add to your list of pla es to stay
