Vacation rentals with a patio in Kingsbury

Great place to stay in Reno with ample room for our family. Kitchen is well stocked. We felt right at home with all the amenities. The location is close to midtown and downtown area. We will be staying again on our future visits to Tahoe/Reno.

This was our favorite stay on our vacation. Wished we stayed longer. We felt like home and had everything we needed. And the location was perfect as well.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our stay in Lake Tahoe. The house was clean, cute, comfortable, and was a great location. It was wonderful to be able to just grab the towels and beach wagon provided and take the short walk to the beach. Was also great to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of Lake Tahoe

We visited south lake tahoe with friends for the weekend. Very comfortable place for our group. Apartment was loaded with amenities. Host Eddie was super friendly and gave us helpful instructions for easy checkin. We had some trouble finding parking when we returned late at night as there are limited in number. Good scenic location, good sized condo, comfortable beds, and clean condo. Will plan future trips here.

- First of all the check-in instructions were super clear and concise, unfortunately we've arrived at about midnight so it was a little dark (as is expected as it's in the woods almost!) however because the instructions were really clear it made it very easy to locate keys and find the accommodation. - The description and pictures provided also show the property in a very accurate manner, it's very beautiful inside and incredibly homely, definitely felt like our own little home away from home. The kitchen facilities are also fully fitted so we've had no trouble cooking 'at home'. - One point worth noting is that the images don't do the location it self justice, the area is absolutely beautiful, full of natural wonder and some amazing views. The best part is a big chunk of said views is within walking distance. - I couldn't reccomend staying here enough, it doesn't even have to be snow season to enjoy this B&B! If it were an option I'd give it more than 5 stars, worth every penny!

Nice quiet neighborhood, and it’s within a few blocks of lots of things to do (bars, restaurants, etc.). Great backyard with firepit backs up to charming historic stone cottage. Comfy furnishings. Everything feels modern but they kept around some elements of the original vintage charm in the kitchen. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Jordan’s place — it’s the perfect spot for a group getaway in Tahoe! Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as pictured in the listing: incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the cozy and spacious living areas — from the large living room with an awesome sound bar to the game loft upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped and great for cooking meals together. Beds were comfortable and the heating worked great. The location in Incline Village on Tahoe’s north shore was outstanding — quiet, safe, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s also just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. Overall, I’d highly recommend this listing and would return without hesitation. Super comfortable, very cozy cabin in the woods that had everything we needed. It's location was perfect: a plethora of easy hiking trails less than 100 yards from the cabin, but also just a 10 minute drive to the shopping at the Y and 15 minute drive to the Pope Beach. Jordyn was super responsive and thoughtful in her communication. It was the perfect summer getaway for us. We will definitely consider coming back!

Very cool house. The hosts were great and accommodated us nicely! Responded quickly. Pool room and deck was very fun for the boys to hang out and play pool and watch nba playoffs. Exceed expectations by all of us

We loved staying at Ron and Kim’s cabin! We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Easy check-in, super clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Ron and Kim were very flexible and responsive when we needed to change our plans and quickly went out of their way to help us locate certain amenities we had trouble finding. Our 17 month old loved playing with the toys and it was so nice to have a baby gate for the stairs and high chair ready to use so we could travel light! Our group had a great time on our trip and we would definitely rebook!

Stayed at Eric's place and would definitely stay there again if it's available in the future. The studio was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Eric was easy to communicate with and provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in. Thank you!

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

There's no closer ski-in / ski-out condo in the village than the ones in Catamount! What makes this one special, though, is that it's so quiet with the balcony facing the mountains, and the massage chair is a real luxury! Excellent stay overall, will definitely return!

Condo was beautiful. Maybe 15 mins from the Lake Tahoe shopping center. Stairs up were a lot (57 steps. We counted lol) but was definitely worth it. Walked around beautiful mountain scenery. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stacked with necessities. Lots of baby proof cabinets and doors. Had lots of extra blankets and pillows. A heater if needed but we didn’t need to use it. The wall heater worked great. We had a hard time putting the big fan on but hostess messaged us back within a minute to let us know where the remote was for it. Rooms were on the small side, loft was big, when we weren’t exploring the town, we spent most of our time in the living room playing games and watching tv. It was a much needed get away from the city for us. Would stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 😊

Super close to kings beach and there’s a really nice town with a bunch of restaurants! The host was great at communicating! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice, clean and spacious place. Great for our family of four. The mattress are very hard, which we live! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. However, no public beach in incline village.

I would highly recommend this serene condo in the woods! Can’t beat the location, and the amenities are exactly what you need! Jared was very helpful when we had any questions about our stay.
