This townhouse has a two car garage on the entry level, a flight of stairs to the kitchen, half bath, living and dining rooms, then 2 bedrooms each with own bath upstairs of that. Decks off both bedrooms, living room and dining room! Four decks! Sorry no pets or parties allowed. Maximum 4 guests. 2 miles from the casinos. 2-3 miles to Heavenly Ski Lodges. The HOA pool is available summer only. The HOA hot tub is available 10am-8pm year round and is about a 5 minute drive from the townhouse.

2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. At 7,500 feet of elevation, your literally on top of the Mountain with Mountain views, 1 minute from the Nevada side of Heavenly Mountain Resort's Boulder and Stagecoach lodge and ski lifts. 3 miles from casinos. We have added an air conditioner in the loft, BBQ, Fire pit, professional Pac Man game, Wifi, JBL speaker and multiple large screen TV's. We have 5 bedrooms (one is a loft with no doors), 7 queen size beds in total. Small dog friendly (woof).
