Wifi speed is 400 mbps There are 2 parking spots just a short flat walk from the door. The HOA has a pool and hot tub near by.

Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Maximum of 2 cars per stay, there is very limited parking. I also have supplied placards to be placed in your car during your stay. VHRP number 16-934
