The condo has a fireplace, a private deck with views of Carson Valley and Tahoe Basin, a gas grill, a 4 person hot tub, 3 bedrooms (Cal King, King, and Queen Beds), two bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, and FireStick TVs. There is also access to a community pool and hot tub.

The bathroom features a modern design with dual sinks and a large mirror framed in wood. A walk-in shower with a glass door showcases sleek white tiles. Light hardwood flooring and neutral tones create a spacious and bright ambiance.

Nice open floor plan house with plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining room table. There are 2 full-size refrigerators and long counters for chopping and cooking. The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort. This cozy cabin truly defines the 'Tahoe Experience'. Located in the quiet, lovely Black Bart neighborhood, on a spacious, wooded lot, with a gorgeous meadow and stream across the way, you truly feel like you are away from it all. However, hop right on Pioneer Trail and you will be at Heavenly Ski Resort, the casinos, or the beach in just 5-10 minutes. The home has beds for 8, we will not accept groups larger than 8. No parties or large gatherings.
