Highly recommend and within a few minutes of the resorts lots to do!

The house was big. It had five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. It does not have AC so we kept the windows open most of the time. There are ceiling fans. Our blanket had lots of pet hair on it so we didn’t use it. The floor was dusty so our feet were black but we just washed our feet. Very well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils. We enjoyed the patio area. Very private as it’s not too close to neighbors. We liked the ice machine. Evolve responded when we checked out. I didn’t have to contact them during our stay. I would recommend additional kitchen and bath towels for guests. Thank you for letting us stay in your home for our Mother’s Day celebration.

Ally was great to work with, very responsive and friendly. The place was exactly as I expected and looked just like the photos. I had not originally booked this spot, I had reserved another place owned by the same host, but when it unexpectedly needed repairs, Ally upgraded me to this condo at no extra charge. So while it wasn't what I had expected originally, it was still very nice. That bed is SO comfortable! It was very quiet and peaceful, and it had everything I needed. I had come to do a writing retreat for myself, so I didn't really leave much or go sightseeing or anything, but I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Tahoe or ski. And I'd definitely book again if the opportunity arose!

Ksenia’s place is in prime location to Heavenly (7min walk from California lodge). The house is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a group trip as well as remote work. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we could it hope for. We appreciated her prompt responses and communication.

We loved our stay at Jan’s. It’s a cozy Tahoe home with a great location backing up to a beautiful river & meadow. The location is convenient to most places you’d want to go in the South Lake area. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors who in mostly occupied homes (not rentals). Jan was very responsive any time I had a question and the home was fully stocked with everything we needed. I hope to be back soon!

My family and I spent two nights at this place and we loved our stay. Pavel was very nice and professional. We appreciate him giving us an extra couple of hours to stay before checkout. The house has a lot of beds, rooms, doors, and stairs. Lol! But don’t get me wrong, it was great for us. Perfect for a big party of families and friends. The location is also close to downtown.

Check in process was easy, house was clean, clear instructions for check out provided in advance. Overall a positive experience!

We had a great stay. Big beautiful space! Access to the garage was such a life saver during the storms.

Cannot beat the location! Place is very clean and comfortable! Beds were great and so were the showers. They stock the apartment with plenty of paper towel, towels, toilet paper, soap which is very nice! Note there are 4 flights of stairs which isn’t bad throughout the stay just keep in mind when unloading and loading your car. Hosts were really responsive when we had questions or needed assistance. Would recommend and stay there again!

My husband and I went for a two night stay, and the resort exceeded our expectations. The king studio was clean, and the bed was comfy. Check in was super easy, and the staff was attentive and nice. The resort is in a perfect location to the lake, and minutes from the casinos. There are enough eating spots around the resort that you honestly don’t have to leave if you want to just hang out and relax. There are plenty of activities to do at the resort as well. I would definitely recommend renting a space at this resort through Brooke. Great stay for an excellent rate. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Had one minor issue with the toilet, advised Eli and it was quickly resolved by staff.

Dave's place is just as advertised. It is a short drive to the Nevada lifts at Heavenly, and convenient to South Lake. It also perfectly placed between the Epic resorts of Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Northstar. I had a few questions during my stay, and Dave was always responsive. The house could use a few more creature comforts for multiple guests, such as a place to store ski equipment, coats, and more dining space. On the whole, I had a great stay and I would stay there again.

Airbnb is very clean and staff are very nice. Walkable to Stagecoach lodge and easy drive to Cal lodge for skiing. There is a private hot tub in the bathroom (one room for hot tub, one for the shower and toilet and another for sinks). There is no dishwasher, so if you plan on eating in, you'll need to hand wash plates and utensils to reuse. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful stay and would highly recommend for families. There was a lot to do with kids which were all included in the stay. The views from the condo were unbeatable. Would definitely return for our next south lake visit.

This little cabin tucked off the main road in Tahoe is perfection. The cozy decor, old-time feel, beautiful updated kitchen and generous layout made it the ideal retreat for our family of 5 adults. We cherished the location so close to the Edgewood wedding venue we came for, and walkable to Target, ski village, etc. There is a vacant lot opposite the house and a Budget Inn and other hotels all around the cabin, but we are grateful for this lone holdout. You can walk to the lake but there is only ticketed marina access. Shannon could not have been more helpful when we had to ship various wedding items to the cabin. Super clean, super tasteful, and we LOVED the courtyard for evening dining and retreats in the sunshine. Would absolutely recommend.

Jim was very responsive. Jim’s place was well maintained and accurately described. We had an amazing weekend stay.

Jane was a wonderful host and very responsive. We had a great 1 night stay. The condo was cozy and welcoming after a long day of skiing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hot tub/sauna bathroom was a treat. Will definitely want to stay again in the future.

The cabin was super cute and perfect for our quick but great little stay. My oldest son loved the loft! We’d love to come back when there’s snow and enjoy the cozy vibes all over again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed at Sybil’s place for a week and it was a dream! We loved cooking our own meals, enjoying the sunset/sunrise, and walking to/from Stagecoach. We had no issues with the internet connection and were able to successfully stream our TV shows. The convenience and peacefulness of Sybil’s studio was truly unmatched. We were provided with a handbook before our stay which outlined everything we needed to know. Sybil was also very responsive to our messages. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have imagined a better place to call home for our ski trip.
