Vacation rentals with a hot tub in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

What a beautiful, definitely quirky home, we all loved it, especially the grandchildren playing hide & seek, after the hot tub morning session. The rest , playing pool on a night , then chilling out in the hot tub . What a lovely place for 3 generations all to have a special get together. Not forgetting to mention it was brilliant for our dog, great walks at the end of the street.

We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

Fantastic Host and Venue. Always happy to help with any requests and even decorated the house to celebrate the Birthday Girls. High recommend going to the local Fox and Hound Pub for food, its literally a 30 second walk away. Will definitely be heading back here again for a nice relaxing break!!

It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

We had a wonderful stay and the house was beautiful and tastefully furnished. The garden was great for our dog too. Would definitely recommend! It was half an hour drive to the coast but was nearby some quaint towns, which are all well worth a visit!

This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in! The barn is spotless, had everything you need - and wonderful touches such as garden games and board games. The surrounding area is peaceful - with birdsong all day long. We spent a short but fabulous visit enjoying the space, the garden, the views and the hot tub! Just wonderful. Shaun is incredibly helpful and friendly. We will certainly be going back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved having a BBQ, soaking in the hot tub, and taking in the stunning view of the water. What a wonderful few days we had at Bramble lodge! From pre booking to departure Richard was incredibly helpful. I loved the little touches like the toy box for my daughter & the dog treats! There really is everything you need there & the photos don’t do it justice! Super well designed & well equipped it was perfect for a lovely peaceful break. My dog felt very at home & loved playing with Richard’s dog when they popped over. My 10 year old loved collecting fresh eggs every morning from the resident chickens. Husband loved the outdoor cooking set up. The pizza oven was a highlight & again Richard was really helpful with some tips. While there are 2 other lodges you are positioned in a way that your view is out to the orchard & fields. The hot tubs are located on the side of the wonderfully spacious decking/veranda area so you never feel overlooked. That said my daughter made friends with one of the neighbours & the loved the beautiful wooden play area & tree swing. Will return!

Lovely barn conversion with lots of space and great facilities. Plenty of parking available.

This was our second stay at Janes, it’s the most beautiful spot to relax in peace. Jane is friendly and always on hand to help. The accommodation is beautiful and has everything you need. The perfect get away

We had the most amazing family stay for our mum's 60th birthday. The house was beautiful, interesting and fun. It had enough for all ages to do and the outside pool, tubs and eating space was perfect. We were so lucky with the weather and instead of going out to do expensive activities we made the most of the house, fishing, park and pub (so family friendly). We would definitely come back but would avoid the middle of summer as the house did get extremely hot, especially upstairs. It wouldnt put us off going back though. Stayed here with my partners family for the weekend, we had such a lovely time. We made good use of the pool table and the football table. It was very spacious with 7 of us and 2 little dogs. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely well equipped and clean lodge in a great location with lovely views over the lake. The hot tub was terrific.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Ben’s cosy cabin. It was a lovely relaxing getaway. The cabin was in a beautiful location with friendly piggies and chirpy birds - it was perfect environment and just what we needed to relax and wind down. The cabin had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

What a beautiful place, a true hidden gem. The lodge is clean, comfortable and spacious such a great place to relax and unwind. The view from the decking is so pretty and ever changing. Always so much wildlife to see. The hot tub is an added bonus, great for watching the beautiful sunsets. The setting is quiet and peaceful and the owners have made sure that the lodge is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back. We didn't buy passes for the on site entertainment this time, but we will next time. The site is really clean and well set out and there is lots to do. Local to the site is RAF Coningsby , we were lucky to see the Battle of Britain memorial flight flying low over the lake and the lodge. We also saw lots of typhoon jets. I would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent location, very Friendly host,also was the young lady who we saw when we arrived. Beautiful views over open paddocks ,nice and Quiet too.We used hot tub 1st night early evening, went out for a meal Saturday night ,and Sunday went into Norwich. Chilled 4 rest of day.perfect location for travelling to Norwich or Further a Field if you wish.All in All.Very happy with our stay.

Emma was a great host , a blip while we were there she resolved immediately . The lodge is beautiful, spacious and well equipped . Hot tub good temp and immaculately clean . The site itself is well maintained and the little gem village of woodhall spa a short walk . Enjoyed our weekend in the sun , lovely !

Really enjoyed the stay, very clean and the Lodge was excellent. Great facilities at the Club and free use of the Pool and sauna and even gym was great. We played golf and was perfect for that. Hot tub was great and had no issues at all. Lovely place!

What can I say apart from FANTASTIC, absolutely loved our stay here and was just perfect for us. The Lodge itself was the best lodge we've ever stayed in. So big, clean and everything you could possibly need was there. The location was perfect, so peaceful and quiet and it helped having brilliant weather when we there - even got sun burnt ! The wildlife is amazing to watch, they never bother you and just get on about their business. We could not have wished for a better stay. Communication with Jemma @ Cambridgeshire Lakes was brilliant always on hand for any queries no matter time of day or night. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning and for longer this time !

We stayed for our Wedding Anniversary & it was a perfect stay. Hot tub & views were amazing! So peaceful & idyllic! Everything you could need was there, with a bonus of indoor & outside games. Would definitely recommend to others & will be booking again.
