A wonderful property with a spectacular sea view! Very comfortable accommodation on a well-kept, quiet site. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the waves lapping the beach and the birds singing in the trees. We found some wonderful walking trails right from the site which gave us Nightingales and Turtle Doves - such awesome birds to hear. We cannot wait to return!

Just like staying in a family holiday home. Great kitchen-loads of everything. So close to the beach , it's magical. It's our second time at LH. Excellent but be warned it is a good walk to a pub and it's a drive to a convenience store. Be prepared and you can't go wrong!

We spent 3 days at Church View and can highly recommend this holiday property. It is a very clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and warm place where we found everything we needed. A home-from-home offering a lot of privacy and a safe garden for our dog. Convenient location close to the beach. Fantastic contact with the host. We would love to return in the future.

Very comfortable place with all the essentials. Especially loved the sun room. lovely place to relax and read. close enough to the Broads where you can do boat trips and got to take in a show on Cromer pier which was excellent! A beautiful sandy beach a 5 min walk away. Will definitely come back. The road to the house has pot holes but fine if you drive slowly. lovely area of the country.

Saltwater exceeds all expectations! We were blown away from the start and there is absolutely nothing you can fault. We would 100% go back and would highly recommend to all. An added bonus is the gorgeous beach hut - all in all, AMAZING! Lastly, the hosts are fab and extremely attentive!

Very clean and comfortable bungalow, great location, we walked everywhere easy enough. Lots of information inside and really easy checking in. Jayne is a very helpful host, we changed dates after our original booking without any problems. Would definitely visit again.

We have just come back from a four night stay at Mole’s Cottage, and it was brilliant! The cottage was exactly as listed, spotless and lovely and quiet. The pool was an amazing addition, and we spent endless hours in there with our three year old. The bungalow is private, and it situated on beautiful home grounds. Julie is an amazing host, she was there to meet us at the entrance to the cottage, show us around, and tell us everything you need to know on the first night. There’s even a welcome hamper left with essentials for your stay. Julie also responded quickly to messages, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely come again! A lovely peaceful place to stay. Phil is a very friendly and hospitable host with lots of local knowledge and suggestions. We enjoyed walking on the coast path and bought fresh fish at Aldeburgh and Southwold
