Perfect location with a lovely little balcony for people/ dog watching. Two minute walk to beach Nice and clean with clear instructions for everything Angie also has a stack of dvds, games etc as well as leaflets for places to see and eat. We had the perfect stay and would definitely go back

Peta’s flat was exactly as described.Lots of room for 5 people which we had at end of our stay. Details were sent by email and were very detailed in every aspect. The hi light was the beautiful garden with furniture we could use. Our family had a big occasion for a member which Peta noted. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to others.Excellent

Steve is a brilliant host, very friendly and informative and just a thoroughly decent guy. The place is clean, modern and in an area to explore local wooded areas. You get a lot more in the room than you usually would for the price and I felt very comfortable there. I would 100% recommend

This is a lovely place to stay, the hosts were friendly and welcoming and the rental unit is perfect for a weekend stay. It has everything you could need and is modern and cosy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

Our third visit. The accommodation is compact but everything needed is there. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Kitchen area has limited items but enough for our stay. Nice pub grub places not too far away.

Paul and Elaine were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was comfortable and we slept very well on both evenings. The surroundings were beautiful and we were close enough to local amenities and attractions if travelling by car.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Trudy and Bob were both so welcoming (as was Cooper the cat!) super friendly & gave us such a warm welcome on arrival! The place is lovely, super clean & comfortable! They were both so accommodating for our visit & even got some puzzles and books out for my daughter, which was so thoughtful! Thank you so much for having us & would 100% recommend. Lovely home, super lovely hosts & a beautiful location!

This is my second time staying at Maria’s Annexe, and again it was a 10/10 stay. Like last time check in was easy and flexible, the accommodation was spotless and felt clean too! Maria come and greeted me in person to introduce herself as last time I don’t think we got the chance too, and offered use of the garden and garden Gym should I wish too which made me feel very welcomed. Last time I stayed I recommended an upgrade on the TV in the lounge and this had been acted on, so it showed me Maria takes on board recommendations from guests to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings to wake up too, and very quiet that I had no problem going to sleep, and not to mention the black out blinds that are present too! All in all this is probably one of the best places I have stayed! And I will be back for sure again. Worth every penny.

We had a brilliant weekend staying at Duxford Church. The hosts were fantastic - clear and thoughtful with all instructions sent well ahead of our stay, which made everything seamless from the start. They also left us a much needed welcome package, such a lovely touch ☺️. We didn’t need to contact them at all during our stay, as everything was perfectly prepared and in place. Duxford is a quaint little place that we really enjoyed exploring. All in all, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Our first time to Skegness has to be one of the most memorable stays in England so far our accommodation had a feel like we are at home it was spotless clean ,we loved the layout ,the contemporary furniture & the way the accommodation was dressed felt very warm. Our night stay was very comfortable the beds very comfortable & being in the city centre it was nice & quiet in the evening. Our host Michelle communicated very well with all the instructions running up to our stay. Loved the welcome touch on the door & the little treats. I would highly recommend The Duke Suite at The Rooftops. For another future stay. Many thanks Raj.

Joanne was very welcoming and made our short stay feel like we was at home. She meet all our needs and I am glad I found this place. Will definitely be coming back for quick gateway. In the future I would advise investing in a hot tub. That would have just been perfect.

Really gorgeous flat, in the old Abbey House. We loved the gardens and tennis court. Hosts were so responsive and helpful, around check in and the heating. Binham Abbey ruins are just opposite, as is the wonderful Parlour cafe (breakfast and lunch). We all enjoyed our stay. Location is fab for exploring the North Norfolk cost, Th Blakeney Hotel for dinner, as recommended by the hosts, was a lovely treat.

Great place to stay we had to check in late and Stephen made it very easy for us. Comfy beds, clean apartment, nice and peaceful. Plenty of parking Would definitely stay again

We absolutely loved this apartment and the view from the balcony was as stunning as the pictures. The host was very responsive and was able on this occasion to meet our request to enter the apartment earlier which we were extremely grateful for. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting the area.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as lovely as before - very clean and tidy and perfectly equipped for a night's stay. Katie was very helpful and responsive and it's just a short drive to Woodhall Spa for shops and food and drink options. We look forward to our next visit!

The accommodation was spotless clean and very easy to find. Modern accommodation, matches the photos and the hot tub was warm and just the perfect way to unwind. The peacocks and peahens were amazing to see and the surroundings were peaceful. Loved every second of it. Thank you for the welcome basket and for the peacock food. Would definitely recommend.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

Stunning views from an equally stunning property ...it is as the pictures describe . So beautiful . (The hot tub is easy to light , we used 4 woodies firelighters to get it going but had we not have read previous reviews we probably wouldnt have taken the logs , you will need 4 bags ) The hosts are both lovely and very helpful..Lovely walks from the property , to the tiny village and down to the estuary.....Thank you for letting us have a share in the beauty of this place. We look forward to returning.

A great find, ideal for birding at RSPB Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore. Quiet, very comfortable & well equipped, though didn't get chance to try the hot tub with the weather! Hope to return.

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places.
