Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kings Grant

The house was great! We were in town for a quick beach trip and Riley Green Concert at Live Oak! The house worked well for our needs, it was the perfect location to be, it was a quick uber downtown and then a quick ride to the beach, which worked out fantastic! The outdoor space was so nice, unfortunately it rained quite a bit so we did not get to use it, we will definitely rent again in the future!

This is a cozy updated home that served us well as a centrally located base for the weekend. Just enough space inside, and everything was clean and worked well. The living room was comfortable and well separated from the 2 bedroom spaces. Michael is a very responsive and understanding host who was on the ball through all communication. Lots of outdoor space and the fenced backyard was a win for the pup, though none of the doors open up to it (easy walk around the house to the gate for access though). Not a negative but just an FYI to bring your own shower toiletries.

This neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and was just what we needed. The location was great and all the activities we planned on doing were all nearby too!I appreciated the quantity of laundry/dish pods they put out for us to use and the beach blankets/towels(thank you again).We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay in Wilmington attending a family wedding. This house was in a very convenient location, close to everything yet in a walkable neighborhood! Definitely recommend!

Matt was an incredible host. He was flexible, responded quickly and was very helpful. The space was so trendy, private, and comfortable. As frequent Wilmington visitors, this will be our new vacation spot time and time again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This spot was a huge hit with everyone! My wife especially loved it and hopes to make it her regular getaway. Our neighbors were wonderful and the area was very peaceful. My buddies and I also thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We definitely recommend it to everyone

Great stay and plenty of room for my little family (my husband, 2 dogs, and I). My dogs loved the huge yard! The house was very clean and everything smelled great, including the sheets. We would definitely stay again!

I absolutely loved this home. The space was so clean, quiet, and quite spacious, especially with the outdoor areas! The neighborhood was beautiful, and a good distance from the concert venue I was attending, so it was the perfect spot. I also had the best bath of my life in there, and I take a lot of baths. The primary bedroom and bathroom were so lovely, I stayed inside most of my visit because I was so comfortable!! Thank you Charles for making this trip amazing!!!!

Such a special, unique experience! Amazing location, easy walk to beach, as well as coffee, food and shops. The space’s aesthetic was great, and the layout very functional.

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Surf Shack an incredible place great location, super clean, intimate fun space but best of all 110% beach vibe from lovely outdoor porch to great indoor space. Sam and Cherie best hosts ever and I have done alot of airbnb's!!

What a lovely home in beautiful historic Wilmington! The location could not have been better: it is walking distance to the riverwalk, restaurants, shopping, and much more. The balcony was an added pleasure; we enjoyed coffee every morning with a beautiful view and tranquil evenings after dinner. Thank you, Steven. We will be back for sure!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The parking was very convenient. Everything for us was within walking distance so it was nice to just park the car and forget about it. Being right on the Riverwalk was great. If you want to see Wilmington NC I highly recommend this condo and host.

This was mine and my daughter's second time to stay. We absolutely loved it , she makes you feel at home. Great communication. Definitely would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

Location was close to everything (bars, restaurants etc.) and walkable to the beach. The place was clean and offered everything we needed. Would totally stay here again and highly recommend.

The place was clean and lovely with a beautiful view and sitting in the balcony during the evening breeze was refreshing. Everything was just in walking distance and does not require a car if you are fond of exploring. We will definitely love to book this place again when we visit wilmington.

Great spot for a weekend getaway to Wilmington. Perfect location right on the river walk and a block off of Front street. Pretty much anything you need is within walking distance. The porch overlooking the river is great for morning coffee or evening drinks.
