Wow! This place is a paradise of a find. Bob met us at the door, gave us mini tour and offered suggestions for local eats and attractions. We felt at home the entire trip. This host goes above and beyond in providing the things you didn't even know you needed. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything. Local food is incredible. We were just several minutes to Wrightsville beach( absolutely stunning). We could not stop talking about how perfect this place is. Every single place we went had amazing customer service. This is possibly the best vacation spot we have experienced. I cannot recommend this place enough. This is a gem of a find. If and when we return to the area, this will be the only place we consider staying. This place gets ALL the stars!!!!

This is a great location as it’s >10min drive from downtown and about 20 from Wrightsville Beach, while still being in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Also, Adam was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

Tip top, clean, cozy, and spacious Airbnb as described in the listing. Nice and quiet residential area, close to everything. The host was very responsive and available at all times. Would book it any time again. For extended stays, it would be perfect if there was an in-unit washer and dryer.

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend trip to Wrightsville beach for my partner and I + our dog. The well-kept space was in a quaint neighborhood a short 15 minute drive to the beach, very clean, and had nice touches like some basic breakfast foods (oatmeal etc) and 2 welcome beers left for us in the fridge. While it’s attached to the side of the main house - it has its own entrance and it felt tucked away in our own area. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Really nice stay. Single room and bathroom in historic house. Short walk to Castle Street with great restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Also walkable to downtown and waterfront. Katherine a very responsive host, thought of everything. Communucated frequently and left a list of restaurant recommendations. Complimentary bottle of wine and a corkscrew. Clean, well-appointed room. Snacks. A fridge and microwave. On a main street but set back, some noise but mostly very quiet and private. Charming. Just very nice and near perfect for one person or a couple.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we love how quaint the unit is. The pool is a big plus, as is the decking at the pool...very quiet and relaxing. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom and living room. The bed was super comfy and the room was dark in the mornings. We also loved the screened porch, but it was very hot out there in the evenings. We will definitely return.

What a hidden gem!!! Everything about Michele and her Airbnb was top notch. Michelle is an incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful host. Her little cottage is beyond adorable! The space was clean and tidy, well stocked, and very easy to access. We will definitely stay here whenever we are down this way!

Absolutely perfect! I was looking for a small space to spend one night on my way to South Carolina, and had never been to Wilmington. This space was an amazing retreat; though it is off a main thoroughfare, you would have no idea. It was super serene, calming to all the senses, and had everything one would need for a short stay. Alexis was a gracious host, and I felt at home from the very beginning. Very generous parking, and super easy to bring a couple of suitcases into the door. This is only the second Airbnb that I have stayed at, and I am amazed at what folks can create with their spaces! Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

A wonderful haven! The suite is spacious with a peaceful view from the porch, giving a relaxing atmosphere. They had everything I needed, including things I forgot, and clear instructions for any amenities on the property! Would stay here again!

This place was as described. The area was quiet. Not far from eating places nor shopping areas.

Robert was awesome. We grabbed this for my daughter after her apartment had issues. Robert got us in quickly, was helpful and super friendly. The place was perfect and safe, close to everything she needed and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The location was great super close to all the local activities and restaurants. Very convenient for date nights or casual outings. The home itself was comfortable with a nice backyard for my dog to play in. 10/10 stay would recommend for a weekend getaway. & Kim was super flexible and understanding considering some sudden changes that came up. Overall I enjoyed my stay & would come back.

I had a great stay here while working remotely for the week. The space is small but had everything I needed and was very clean. WiFi was super reliable, the neighbors were friendly, and it’s in a great location—just 15 minutes from the beach, gyms, and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay for a quick weekend trip to do some kayaking. This spot is the perfect location to visit Masonboro and Shark Tooth Island.

Holly‘s place was exceptional! The setting was so peaceful and beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. I would recommend anyone wanting a great relaxing peaceful vacation to stay At Holly’s place. She is a great host and her place is absolutely stunning! We will definitely be coming back.

Great location, private, serene and peaceful. The Jacuzzi was amazing, watched the sunset every night. Tonya was very attentive, answered questions quickly. She gave great check in Instructions and checked in on day 2 to see if our needs were met. She gave check out instructions the night before. Great location with resturants, walking distance to the beach. Sunrise Bagel shopa must try. We were there during the off season, but, North Topsail beach ⛱️ offers a nice location to find shells 🐚 😀. We would definitely stay here again. The home and yard are beautiful. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The garage is the most organized we have ever seen! No clutter in the home. Close to Carolina Beach area. We enjoyed our stay. Thank You!

Great location for exploring downtown Wilmington. Paula provided amazing resources. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The area was quiet and safe, but super close to restaurants and shops. We would stay again if we were in Wilmington.

This place was perfect, cozy and just the thing my daughters and I were looking for when we stayed in Wilmington. Clean, cute and close to everything we did! Just a short drive to all of our One Tree Hill stops and to the blue waters of Wrightsville Beach. Would absolutely love to stay here again!
