Monthly Rentals in Kingennie

The house was lovely. It was maintained very well, very clean, and I could feel that Mary and James have put in a lot of thoughts for making visitors’ stay pleasant. I would definitely visit again/recommend to my family and friends.

We had another lovely stay here. Flat was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is great and central for everything. We’ll definitely return again. Thanks for a great visit.

Lavender Cottage is amazing! I rented it for one month but could have easily kept living there much longer. It's very cozy and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed and shower were excellent. The kitchen was small but very well equipped. Everything you could possibly need to prepare your own meals is there. The best part of the whole place is probably the sun room. On a sunny day you can sit there in a T-shirt even if it's cold and windy outside! My wife joined me for 10 days and it was quite comfortable for the two of us, but I do think that the space would be a bit tight for four people (what it is listed for). Sheena is the most amazing host. She always responded quickly to questions and was happy to give local recommendations. Knowing that I would arrive with jetlag, she even placed an initial small supply of food in the kitchen! Two minor inconveniences are the lack of an outlet plug in the bathroom and the hard-to-reach kitchen faucet. But overall I highly recommend it.

A lovely flat in a fantastic location. Will defiantly book to stay there again. Hamish is a great host with excellent communication.
