We had a really great time in the house – it had everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest – ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and likeable. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful family weekend with 6 adults and 4 children in the house. We liked the house very much in terms of the layout and furnishings. There was everything we needed - especially 2 large tables in the living room and on the terrace where we could eat together. Really well suited for larger groups. We also liked the proximity to the forest, the natural lake and the park with beautiful play facilities for all ages. We highly recommend the place.

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely inhabited such a well furnished AirBnB. Especially for the children, there were all kinds of play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger, especially in summer, or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlors nearby and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You do your shopping a little further away, but you get the peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally came to graze in the garden (they first ask if you are okay with that) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers.

We had a magical weekend with the family and felt completely comfortable! The kitchen is better equipped than some private households, we absolutely lacked nothing. Above all, we want to highlight the equipment for the children and the space for eating together. All communication was straightforward and accommodating! We will be happy to come back!

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We were passing through with motorcycles. We were allowed to park these in the carport - very cool. We were allowed to throw our wet things from the trip in the dryer in the basement for a small tip. The apartment was sparkling clean and we slept very well. We would sleep here again if we were in the region again. Thank you and best regards!

Thank you to Kateryna and Maxim for the great accommodation! We were in Nuremberg as a group for 4 days at the German Choir Festival and had everything we needed. Yes, you can hear the street and the train in the background, but the area is extremely quiet for a city location. Nice residential neighborhood. No problem to park more cars for free in the street. Due to construction site about 10 min. to the subway, then 10 min. to downtown. Right, the apartment is older and therefore quite noisy, but we were only there to sleep anyway and it did not bother us. House key available via key box. So we could also come home separately. Refrigerator has no freezer compartment if anyone needs it. Coffee + machines are available in different types.

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

Great host - gave us space and was very helpful with advice when we asked her. Very understanding about our two , sometimes, reactive dogs.

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the place is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - those were our highlights! Also important: The pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighborhood cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

We spent the Pentecost holidays with Stefan and Nici as a family with our 1-year-old daughter and a couple of friends. Lovingly furnished apartment with an eye for detail. It was all very clean and very well equipped. There was even a play corner, baby dishes, a changing table and a crib. Nici greeted us in a friendly way. There was a welcome drink in the fridge and there was fruit with it. We also received helpful tips for activities and restaurants nearby. Despite the constant rain, we felt very full and highly recommend the stay!

Great accommodation, friendly hosts, everything you need available (from hair dryer to coffee). Really great!

We made a stopover here on the way home for an overnight stay, after a day of travel it was a very comfortable cottage in a beautiful area where you could walk wonderfully. Very good bed, we slept well

It was very nice to live in the middle of Kösching and at the same time like in the countryside, in the countryside and silence. Wonderful to be cycling.

We were guests of Herbert and his family over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was beautiful, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of love for detail is put into the work here. We would like to emphasize the cleanliness – everything was really very clean and well maintained. The surrounding area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcome, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the place!

Thomas is a great host, we immediately got along very well. We will always be happy to use the apartment again when we are in Neuburg an der Donau again.
