The hosts were very graceful and understanding of my anxious dog. They answered all of my questions promptly. The roads in the area are long and windy, so be aware of this in case anyone in your party has motion sickness issues. It was perfect for me as I love exploring new areas. Those from out of town may want to research the controversy surrounding the bear mountain/highlands area and local first nations communities.

Staying at this wonderful place was an unforgettable experience. We had the privilege of meeting Roy and Jane in person, and they are truly amazing warm, genuine, and incredibly thoughtful hosts. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel instantly at home. The house itself is stunning. It’s brand new and meticulously decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every detail, from the furnishings to the layout, shows how much care and attention they’ve put into creating a beautiful and welcoming space. The location is pure tranquility. Surrounded by nature, it offers peace and quiet that’s hard to find these days. Whether we were relaxing on the deck or just enjoying the stillness, it felt like a true escape from the busy world. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Five stars all the way highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

Exactly as described, well stocked with everything needed. My family stayed here for my sister's wedding and Lizzie was extremely helpful and responsive. I requested a last minute early check in and late check out due to plan changes - luckily she had availability and accommodated us no problem. Nice and clean, lots of helpful notes, walking distance to Subway, pizza place and corner store. Would recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, private yet central, making it super easy to get to ferry or city. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Jody and Matt were welcoming and responsive, which made our experience even better. I highly recommend this spot for couples looking for a great getaway!
