Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

Relax in private suite located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood, a quiet shady place to kick off your flip flops, and unwind after a busy day. Just a short distance away from the beach, golf course, restaurants, and shopping. This second floor suite has a private entrance, private deck, living room with sofa, 47" tv, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig, 2 bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen size beds, and one full bath. Welcome to our 1970’s family cottage two blocks from the ocean! Enjoy a quick walk to the beach & being centrally located to all the Outer Banks has to offer. Features a bright & open floor plan w/ exposed beams & 3 bedrooms + 2 full baths for 5 or 6 people. In the Winter warm yourself by the fireplace & in the Summer cool off in the shade or catch sun on one of the outdoor loungers. We provide amenities to make your stay easy & relaxed. Sorry, no pets allowed.

The Flat Top on 1st is a throwback to an era almost lost in the Outerbanks!! Originally constructed in 1958, this single story Block House sits on a large double corner lot in the Heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to the Beach, shopping , and Attractions, Our Vintage Flatroof is Modernized while trying to keep its nostalgic feel that made so many fall in love with the Outer Banks!! (Note: Minimum 7 day, Saturday to Saturday stays only from June til Labor Day.)
