Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation, making this condo perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The open living and dining areas provide plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach, while the oceanfront location means you’re just steps away from the sand and surf. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The essentials for cooking are provided: cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or take advantage of the grills and seating in the courtyard. The Sanctuary at False Cape offers a resort feel with direct beach access, 3 swimming pools (seasonal), 2 fitness rooms, and 2 nearby restaurants. The complex (not the unit)is oceanfront and the beach can be accessed without crossing any roads. Beach chairs, as well as some other beach/pool supplies, are available for use in the private storage unit located at garage level. Jose Tequilas Mexican Grill and Bar is located on the property, and Baja Restaurant (closed for a few weeks during the winter season)is located across the street. *New* An arcade is now located in the A building (the building across from ours). It will be open Saturdays and Sundays 12-5 before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. During the summer season, it will be open 7 days a week 12-5. Set in the quiet and scenic Sandbridge community, this condo offers a true beach getaway with uncrowded beaches, natural surroundings, and easy access to outdoor adventures while still being a short drive from the attractions of Virginia Beach. We are located approximately 30 minutes away from the Virginia Beach Convention Center and the Virginia Beach Sports Complex. Whether you’re planning a relaxing retreat or a memorable coastal vacation, this oceanfront condo with stunning bay sunsets is the perfect place to call home. Important Notes: The minimum age to rent is 25. At least one person who is 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the duration of the rental. The Sanctuary at False Cape is a non-smoking property. Smoking (of any kind) is prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and in the common areas of the property. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events allowed in the unit. Pools are managed by the condo association. They are typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Availability is subject to weather, maintenance, and/or repairs. The oceanfront restaurant/bar was owned and operated by a third party. It is currently closed indefinitely. The unit comes with one assigned/marked space. One additional unmarked space is available on a first come first served basis. Garage clearance is 6'8". Additional public parking is located next door at Little Island Park and Fishing Pier (fee applies). **Maintenance projects and repairs do occur throughout the complex during the off season (post Labor Day to pre Memorial Day).** Work is scheduled to begin soon on the South side of the building. Our unit is located on the west side of the building. Work was completed on our side Spring 2026.

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, beach towels, beach cart, chairs, and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use. 2 pools, playground and pickleball court!

Ocean Escape, 4th floor condo in the luxuriously upscale Sanctuary Resort at False Cape in Virginia Beach, Virginia, breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay and is a leisurely 100 step stroll to the beautiful beach and surf. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards and two beach cruiser bikes. Community pool area, lounge furniture, and stainless steel gas grills. The elevator is just across from dedicated parking spot.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Sandbridge! This property is ON the beach (unit itself is not facing the ocean) with access to 3 pools, a gym, local restaurants and much more! As you can see, guests LOVE my place! I frequently travel for work, spending a lot of time in hotel rooms. I know the NECESSITIES! ** I am currently replacing furniture and bedding so pics may not match perfectly. Need more room?? Our home is in the remote 4WD area of Currituck County NC. Family friendly. Pet friendly. If you are looking for the hustle and bustle of an Atlantic Boardwalk, this place is not for you.
