Monthly Rentals in Key Colony Beach

Great Choice in Key Colony!! We were two couples and everyone enjoyed the stay - place was immaculate, eating outside looking at the canal, watching the birds/pelicans. We did have a manatee visit one day as well. Easy drive over to Sombrero beach and many very nice restaurants around. Having access to the Cabana club and the pool was an added benefit/interest. The place does have two bathrooms which I wasn't sure of when renting. Jorge was very nice.

Nice location with 5 restaurants and bars within short walking distance on a walkway. Boat slip 15 feet away from back patio door. Excellent fishing in the bay off private dock 15’ away. I had a rental boat for 10 days docked in slip, actually did better fishing off this dock than offshore, sea trout, snappers among others. Fish cleaning station on dock and bait freezer at back door. Easy access for offshore fishing. Full service boat marina 1/4 mile north with boat rentals and gasoline, live bait. New construction of a restaurant next to marina, will be completed this year probably. Boat launch ramp at marina if you need. Patio chairs and loungers. Small gas grill usable. Home had decent cookware. Comfortable furnishings. Did not use the sofa bed. Bedroom had firm mattress. Bathroom has nice walk in shower, no tub. Mirror cabinet with shelves. We stayed here 18 days. Off street parking one vehicle, (Possibly 2). Stack W/D in outside closet. Bedroom has private door. PERFECT

It was our first time in Marathon and we loved staying here! A true hidden gem. The house was beautifully decorated and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Every detail was thoughtful and cozy. Most of all clean, new and modern. The neighbors were friendly and the shared outdoor areas were built for relaxation. We will definitely stay here again! We just spent the most amazing spring break at Lynnette’s place. The unit is beautifully decorated and was very clean. We had everything we needed, and more. The location is amazing and the heated pool was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. We are a family of 4 with two young children and we cannot wait to come back. Lynnette was always quick to respond, very proactive, and overall extremely pleasant to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and for a better place to spend our much needed break.
