Condo vacation rentals in Key Colony Beach

Wonderful place to stay. The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We used the bikes (free) but did not have time to use the kayaks (free). Our children were well entertained by fish and nurse sharks in the small harbour and we had a great time in the pool. Definitely a place I will recomend.

I don’t want to say too much because this place is a jewel. The owner is fantastic to communicate with; very friendly and laid back. Perfect place for a family with two kids. Private beach. Peaceful! Grills right by the beach with tables under a tiki hut. Excellent restaurants. Great activities and state parks all around Marathon. I’ve said too much, this place will and should be booked all the time!

Beautiful condo right on the water. Heidi was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay in the condo again.

Sea Isle #8 was even better than listed. The condo was larger than it seemed in the listing, with plenty of space for my family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, even a crock pot! The balcony, pool, beach, tiki hut and grills allowed us to spend most of our time outdoors. If you have the chance to visit Marathon, Edmund's condo is a great place to stay.

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

This was a beautiful place to stay that was off the busy road and afforded less traffic and noise. It was still very convenient to all restaurants and activities in Marathon. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, updated kitchen, and just great overall. There is a pool available and you are just a few steps from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to others, and stay here again.

very charming and spacious place. the master bedroom (captains quarters) is massive, and my two friends and I had more than enough room to spread out. There were plenty of towels and items for daily living (well stocked kitchen, laundry items, grilling utensils). the pool is separate from a condo but a short walk away. We had a hard time initially locating our condo b/c we didn't see a unit # outside the door itself, and went up/down the flights of stairs a few times before we found it. But once we did, it was smooth sailing. (2nd floor, take a right.) Gorgeous views and spacious patio!

The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. We all felt super at home. The kids made their space on the patio and loved the outdoor TV. We fished from the pier and beach, took day trips, and enjoyed dinner nightly on the patio. overall, exceed expectations.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Would definitely rent again! Relaxing with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Comfortable condo with everything you need.

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a great stay at Rich's place. There were 6 of us (and our dog) so we were able to sleep on the first and third floors and then hang out together, watch TV, eat, etc. on the second floor. There was a lot to do in the complex (e.g., paddleboard the in the lagoon and fish off the jetty), and we were close to a ton of restaurants and places to do other activities as well. Rich was very responsive and checked on us often. We felt very safe. Would return again!

This was hands down the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. It had EVERYTHING we needed besides basic groceries. It was also extremely clean when we arrived, everything worked properly and was in incredible condition. The pool was amazing - they play great music down there and there was even such a good food truck right outside the condo we went to a couple of times. The sunrise and view was so stunning each morning! I don’t have a single negative comment about our stay or the place! Thank you Michael!

Kim was a wonderful host. Always responsive and provided a ton of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They really thought of everything and I was completely satisfied with the amenities. The biggest issue we had was that we couldn’t swim at the beach. Full of Sargassum every day. There are jetty’s on each side of the beach that trap it there unfortunately. Pool was warm so not very refreshing. We ended up using the outdoor showers to cool off mostly. The balcony is facing the side of the property versus the ocean, so u are looking at the building next door. Also very small and directly in the sun most of the day. None of our concerns had anything to do with our host. Just providing tips and feedback. Would highly recommend this host!

Kim was a great host! We had very clear instructions, and at all times the communication was very easy, smooth and prompt. The place was amazing, clean, tidy and felt just like home. The photos and descriptions do justice to the place and overall we had a very pleasant experience! Thank you Kim, if we ever go back to Key Colony West we would definitely rebook with you and we will recommend your place to family and friends!

Great location, exactly as advertised! The condo was extremely clean when we checked in. The area was quiet and clean. Perfect location in the middle of the keys. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I had a great time here. The place was cute and had a beautiful view. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Kim was there to make sure our every question was answered and all our needs were met. This was a perfect location… a 10 min drive to Publix and Starbucks, and 15 min to Bahia Honda park. I would hilly recommend this place!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Nice clean condo, with private beach access. It takes less than a minute and you are on the beach. You don’t need to leave the property if you don’t want to! If you do want to venture out, there’s plenty to do within a short distance and lots of great restaurants. We will be planning our next trip back soon!

What a great visit to Key Colony Beach/Florida Keys! Kim is a terrific host of a rare destination! Initially we booked/double-booked a different unit but Kim immediately called (almost a week prior to our arrival!) with a few very fair and accommodating options for us. The unit we ended up with met all of our needs, still with a bit of a view from the front and back patio… but really we were hardly ever in the condo! The location was fantastic! The private beach was gorgeous and the other guests (owners/renters) were lovely and friendly. We had a short walk around the corner to watch the sunset, but sunrise and moonrise from the property was spectacular too! Highly recommend!
