Townhome vacation rentals in Key Colony Beach

Our stay was great for a family of 5. Vaulted ceilings, CLEAN bathrooms, nice tile, fixtures, plush towels and bath rugs, lots of pool towels, large couch, huge dining table, immaculate stocked kitchen, ice and water dispensers in fridge, short walk to a heated pool, deep canal steps away (under construction) and next to a full service marina. Parking easy, check in seamless. Great for kids lots of space to spread out, multiple porches, quiet, central location. Brian was easy to work with. Could improve: Master bath barn door (not shown in listing) did not open/close easily. The toilet is awkwardly close to the bed (you can reach the bed from the toilet). Also, if you can get the barn door shut, the gaps btwn the door are so big it doesn’t offer any privacy. We used the other 2 toilets in the house instead of the one in the master. A regular door there would be a big improvement. Beds were average, sheets were low quality, window blinds, pots and pans have seen better days.

Highly recommend this location and townhome. Everything was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our children really enjoyed the huge pool and the area attractions. Our favorite spots to send time were Sombrero Beach and Sandspur Beach at Bahia Honda State Park. We rented a boat for a few days and went out to the Sombrero Reef and the sandbar. So much fun! We are definitely coming back to stay at this home again.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful, relaxing, and right on the water. We spent so much time unwinding on the dock, soaking in the beautiful views and enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. The Marathon area was a fantastic place to explore, offering everything we needed for an unforgettable getaway. We loved being close to state parks for hiking and wildlife spotting, as well as having access to amazing restaurants serving fresh seafood. Bike rentals were nearby, making it easy to explore the area at a leisurely pace. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, this is the place to be!

Wonderful place to stay with a great location. Very private community with a heated pool and a great view of the Gulf side of the island. Sit at the pool and enjoy watching the kids fish at the dock.

The place was very clean and organized. our host, John, gave clear, and prompt direction. Our family are already planning our next trip to one of John's places.

Had a great week here. 6 adults and we had plenty of room in the House. Could not say enough good things about Susan and her maintenance guys, so helpful with things to do and recommended great restaurants. Very responsive and helpful in every way. Highly recommend this House.

Couldn’t have imagined a better stay, view, location, convenience for our boat up staycation. It was perfection! Bonus, balcony overlooking the canal doubled as my yoga studio!!

Very beautiful place, quiet, so many things to do in such a short time. Loved it!!

Let’s start with the obvious great place! The listing is just that super clean, easy access, well taken care of. The best perk is the beach club great pool heated by the way, and a private big beach complete with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A bar and snack place as well. This is a private community and the 25 MPH is strictly enforced, good restaurants just a walk away and it’s so relaxing sunrise is to the back the canals side so cool in the evenings. Fishing and crabbing from the dock! Highly recommend this piece of the keys! Thanks Fred

The house was beautiful. The cleaning company neglected to place the outside furniture out. They did finally show up to do it and in doing so they changed the code for the door. Again, had to contact Vacasa. Also, painters showed up the second day without us being made aware of the job. We were told we had to travel to the house in spite of hurricane Milton otherwise we would lose our money. We did, but we just expected that Vacasa would take care of everything on its end of the contract

Donna’s place was wonderful for our family of five! It is clean with plenty of space. The location in the Keys is good if you want to explore both ends of the Keys. We went to Key West one day and Islamorada another day. Each was an easy drive from Donna’s place. Although she doesn’t have privileges at the resort on the property, she has privileges at the Cabana Club, which we found to be better than the resort. The Cabana Club is right on the ocean with a private beach and a pool next to the beach. Lastly, Donna’s communication was wonderful. She called before we left for the trip and was easy to reach during the trip. Highly recommend if you are in the Keys!

Our stay in Duck Key was fantastic! The space was perfect for what we needed, providing a comfortable and relaxing home base during our trip. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after busy days exploring the area. The guest bedroom had limited space for suitcases, but we placed them in the hallway, which worked perfectly and didn’t pose any issues for us. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d happily return!

What an absolute dream! Two families with three small children shared this unbelievable townhouse that was right on the water. Family owned, and operated resort with amazing amenities. Great food provided by a local barbecue truck. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire stay. Can’t wait to go back.

This Airbnb was the perfect home base for our getaway! The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was super friendly and responsive.

This home is in a beautiful location on the Florida Keys in Key Colony. It has free access to a private beach club less than a 1/4 mile away with lounge chairs on the beach, a restaurant/bar, store and pool. It was well apportioned with everything for our one week stay including laundry detergent, dishwasher, soap, shampoo & conditioner and coffee to get us started. So if you travel light, you can easily decompress and relax! There are several restaurants within a mile yet the home is on a quiet street with zero traffic, everyone is friendly. Ava, the property manager was excellent in communications and once we settled in, we were left alone to enjoy the Keys! We would definitely return to this home, we had a wonderful escape from winter! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed our stay at Bodil’s place. Duck Key was beautiful, the place was exactly as described, easy parking, and great central location in the keys. We had a small issue with the pool, and Bodil, Pam, and the rest of the team were responsive and sorted it out same day. Would stay again!

Wonderful home and we had a great stay. The only thing we experienced was that the master bedroom air vent didn’t work and air didn’t flow through the duct which caused the room to be hot. Everything else was perfect

This was a great option for our group of 2 couples and 2 singles. Very comfortable, with good areas for socializing, nice beds, excellent kitchens and brand new grills for preparing meals at home, short walk to beach club with beautiful pool, hot tub, bar & food, and small but lovely sandy beach. And though we are not golfers, we had fun at the nearby par-3 golf course. The host was extremely responsive and friendly, and exceptionally accommodating to our needs. We hope to return next year!

Charity's place was perfect! She was really responsive and quick to answer with any questions. You can't find a better location. Very close to wonderful beaches, awesome kayak launches, places to snorkel, restaurants and parks. The accommodation was sparkling clean, very comfortable and newly remodeled. Great parking with a nice area to sit outside for morning coffee or afternoon drinks and watch and listen to the birds. I can't wait to come back!
