Beach house vacation rentals in Key Colony Beach

The place was amazing!! plenty of room for our family of 5. All of the fishing equipment was awesome!! From the rods and tackle, to the deep freezer with bait, the extras made the whole trip more enjoyable. Loved the house. It was perfect!!! Will definately be back in the future!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Wonderful Stay! Place was super clean and nicely decorated with minimal decor. (Sometimes places are over decorated and busy) Beach Towels were provided. Kitchen was organized & clean. Pool was nice! We brought our small dogs and the grounds were very pet friendly. Jessica’s recommended list of restaurants was spot on! Had a great time eating at several of the places. Would visit again and recommend to others.

We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. We loved the house! Everything was exactly as described. I would even say pictures didnt do complete justoce to the space and views! We had everything we needed at the house with ample dishes and cookware. We drove down to Key West which wasnt too far of a trip. We definitely would always recommend and stay again! Jessieca was an amazing host with great recommendations and general info for the area.

My family and I really enjoyed this home the pictures do not do it justice it’s beautiful. The owners are very responsive and we were even able to check in a day early ! The canal was awesome , a boat is a must and so much fun. We saw manatees and iguanas. The private pool was fun all together a great experience.

Our 7 day stay was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. The location was somewhat remote but only a short drive into Marathon. We hope to come back soon!!!

The pictures of this house, while gorgeous, do not do it justice. Not only was the house immaculate and spacious, it has the most stunning view. It is very close to shops and local beaches, and it's centered in between Key West and Islamorada. Yery, our host, was also very helpful and proactive with the one and only challenge we faced. I really can't say enough about this rental. It was spacious enough and contained all the amenities my family of seven could possibly need, including space for our dog. It has the most amazing view of the turquoise water of the Keys. It quite literally checks every box for a checklist of paradise, and I can't wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had found our own private slice of paradise. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus the added bonus of breathtaking ocean views and island vibes. The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked away in a peaceful part of Marathon, we were just minutes from everything—the beach, boat rentals, amazing restaurants, and the iconic Seven Mile Bridge. The property itself was incredibly well-equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi. What really made this place stand out was the outdoor space. The private dock was perfect for fishing and sunset cocktails, and the pool made it hard to ever want to leave. We even spotted dolphins just off the dock one morning—unreal! Beautiful clean inviting home! Comfortable and felt right at home. Our family had a great vacation here! Location was perfect for our stay as our family loves to Scuba dive, snorkel, fish, explore museums and nature and just relaxing and eating out.

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. They had everything including paddle board, kayak, bikes, bogg bag, yeti cooler, fishing gear, bait cooler full of bait, fishing poles, life jackets, and even sunscreen. Also anything you could imagine for a kid (pack and play, stroller, toys). Will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Naomi’s place. The place was perfect for our family of 4. There was so much to do to keep our active family busy. The house was well stocked with everything you may need for meals. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect for storing. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to the keys!

We almost stayed at a hotel, but I saw Christian’s place pop up and it looked like a fun place for the family. It is so awesome! It is exactly as described.and more . He uses every inch of that awesome property for something fun. It’s also a close drive or bike ride to so many things. We took almost all of his suggestions on places to eat and things to do and they were right on. The last night we all chilled outside and projected the Goonies on the outdoor screen and had some good relaxing family time. He is an excellent host and is so helpful. We are all so happy we chose his Airbnb.. Thank you so much, Christian! You are one of a kind and your place is so cool.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Michel’s place in Marathon Key. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. With its open-concept living area, modern kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms, it truly felt like a home away from home. The pool and dock area were ideal for relaxing and soaking in the Florida Keys atmosphere—we even spotted manatees right in the backyard! Having a private boat dock was a huge bonus and made it so easy to hop on and off the boat whenever we wanted. Michel was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We’d definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return!

This was the most perfect Airbnb for our vacation. First of all, Marathon is the perfect location if you are looking to explore multiple parts of the Keys. 1 hour to Key Largo, 1 hour to Key West. We could not have asked for a better location. The home looks just like the photos and was perfect for our family of 4 + our pup. The beds were comfortable, the living space had plenty of room for our crew, but the real show stopper was the pool. If we weren't out and about exploring the Keys, we were definitely in/by the pool! A few added bonuses: (1) K-cups for our use for that first morning. This kept us from having to worry about an emergency grocery store trip the evening of our arrival (2) pool floats available for our use (3) bikes & kayaks for everyone (4) EVERYTHING. We couldn't have asked for better - we will definitely be back!

Sandra’s conch cottage was comfortable and beautiful and very clean. Provided all the necessary items for the week. The location of the house in Marathon is perfect to all amenities. I would definitely come again.

Thank you, dear hosts, for the best vaca I've had in years! We loved everything about the house. Plenty of room to spread out and stocked with kitchen accessories, linens, towels, toiletries, etc. The children spent a lot of time in the pool. The adults could relax in the multiple patio chairs, grill our food, all while watching them splash to their heart's content! The Keys were amazing and unique. We came down for a weeks vacation brought two boats, plenty of space on the docks. Communication with Meredith was great. Great location.

Truly have to say this was one of the best properties I’ve stayed at through Airbnb! If you’re looking for a property in the keys this is definitely the one! If you’re into fishing like my family is tie a chum bag to the end of the dock from the local bait shop and use either ballyhoo shrimp or Bonita you can catch plenty of snapper straight to your table! Make sure to always check the size limit before keeping them! Thanks for such an incredible time!

The place was perfect for our needs. Pool, tiki hut, and canal were great. The beds were comfy as well. Daileny was quick to respond and accommodating.

Perfect location for anyone bringing a boat! Easy boat ramp access and very private even with the ramp next door! Very responsive host and check in was easy. House was very clean and matched expectations. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Karen’s place was amazing. Sitting on the deck and fishing was fun to do during the day and in the evenings when we wanted to relax. We were visited by manatees and saw some very cool fish in the canal. The location was perfect right in the middle of the keys with an hour to get to key west and key largo each direction. Local restaurants were bike riding distance. The house was clean and very nicely taken care of. Most of the local neighbors were nice or the people who owned the surrounding homes as vacation homes. Except for the guy who owns the house directly in front of Karen’s closest to the street, yellow house I believe, he had some rude things to say regarding us fishing but it’s not Karen’s fault the neighbor was a rude person, all the others were lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to return one day.

We had a fabulous stay at Orchid House , the master bed was comfortable , the screen porch awesome and we loved the Morning Sun ! Fire pit was great , heads up tho , you may need to go ahead and hook up that New propane tank as the last renters likely used up the current . Eclectic and comfortable is my best description , I actually created art in this space , that was great !
