Monthly Rentals in Kenwood

I felt very welcomed by Mark and also felt completely safe in the unit and enjoyed the atmosphere. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely too. Mark was responsive when anything came up which was only twice during my month long stay. Also, the garden on their property is beautiful.

We stayed here for a month with my two young children. Besides being all tile floors which was a little tough for our crawling baby, it was perfect for our needs. 5 stars all around. Clean, well-stocked, extremely responsive to any questions that came up, wonderful location and unbeatable view from the backyard. We hope to stay again.

Debra was great! The house was tranquil and well located for our stay in Kenwood. Everything was clean and easy, and as described. We appreciated her responsiveness and the comfortable space.
