Great place as described. located close to village and pub. toilet seat was cheap and tended to wobble when sat on Building work across street started early. All in all a lovely spotless place.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome — such a lovely person and so helpful throughout our visit. The cottage itself was amazing — beautifully kept, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. The setting was peaceful, and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended!

perfect place to base ourselves for a few days as we visited gardens in the local area. comfortable space in beautiful surroundings and Phil and Tracey were helpful and friendly. Still lots to explore... we hope to return!
