There is one queen bed in the bedroom and a full size pull out bed in the sofa (perfect for small kids). Apartment also has a small, private back yard area - great for those with small pets. Views of Golden Gate Bridge and much of the Bay Area visible from just outside your door. Tilden Park is just a few minutes drive from the property.

Our bright and cozy, studio is nestled just below our family home in the magical North Berkeley hills. A short ride to the University of Berkeley, the Gourmet Ghetto, or bustling Solano Avenue. Just a couple blocks away from hiking trails in Tilden Regional Park and down the road from the Berkeley Rose Garden. Features an outdoor seating area, 2-burner stove w/ range hood, 4-in-1 oven/microwave, mini fridge, shower, efficient room heaters, and a workspace.

This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. Rustic Cottage *****Hiking & Biking

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
